for 2- the different angles work different parts of your penis
 
Rotaries are a great all around (literally) stretch. Hitting as many conceivable angles you can will bring gains at the fastest rate. Rotaries can hit almost any angle with the exception of BTC (behind the cheeks) stretches. These stretches are brilliant with hitting extreme ligament angles that no other stretch can hit.
 
Umm sorry you misunderstood m question.. I think.
But I think I misunderstood the whole rotary exercise.
I don't get the difference of what to do between all the different positions, I think i just misunderstand it all in general.
Can someone please give me a brief descripton of all 3 positions, and what to do from there, in the rotary exercises.

The Rotary stretch hits all forward positions as you are stretching in a circle movement, hitting 360 degrees and any movement within that circle movement you are using. The only place rotaries can't hit are stretches behind you, so BTC handle this.

One more question
After a set and a half or so of the stretches, a massive buildup of foreskin before the head emerges. Making the grip VERY uncomfortable and just hard to do without unrolling the foreskin. Suggestions?

ARE YOU SQUEEZING ALL THE BLOOD FROM YOUR GLANS (HEAD)?

If you do not do this do so, this is usually the reason someone would get a fluid buildup in stretching.

I did this.. It still happened.
Overall i'm just having trouble with the stretching, everything else is fine now. But yeah in the stretching the foreskin still builds up. AND also the stretching is VERY painful for me
Hopefully I just get used to it.
 
Have you tried to wrap the head first with theraban, ace bandage or the like? This might help.

1. is it better to jelq holding your dick up or letting it stay forwards?
2. should you do the basic stretches standing or sitting?

I jelq upwards but some prefer down or out. It is really what gives you the best expansion.

I stretch sitting down because I get more leverage this way.
