Don't mention the Penis Enlargement part, but just tell him you'll be going to use it quite rough LMAO and ask him whether it's completely healed. Depending on where the tight part of the uruthrea is I would be very carefull to target that area directly.

I would first start with very light stuff like extending and low pressure pumping. This would mean more time under less tension opposed to short time high tension.Also good warm ups

This does lead to gains if done constantly and as often as possible. I would check how far you can go with this approach within 6 months or a year.

But for example extenders are in need to be worn at least 4 hourse a day for at least 500 hours total to get results.

Also try to get your dick stronger through eq exercises(kegels,pelvic floor, balooning). Get as much blood in it as possible as often as possible.
 
Yeah I did give it a go Saturday evening. Prep'd the face clothe, Vaseline and in the shower I began. I didn't really count but just getting used to the technique, and after approximately
15 minutes, everything felt normal. Usually signs of Urethra strain is when I pee, I can feel the tightness, but no tightness at all. My dick surely felt 'thicker' at the end of the session.

Sunday night, same ...

I will obviously keep it at the same intensity and duration for maybe 2 more weeks, then take it up a notch.
