For the last 6 months i have been doing basic pe stretches. The newbie routine and an hour of hanging. I have gained a good amount, i went from 5.9 nbel to about 6.5 nbel.
However that took a huge chunk out of my day, about two hours. And although I gained alot, i can no longer dedicate so much time to PE.
I already have so many things going on with my school and the extracurriculars i am involved with.
I dont want to give up gaining length, but I do need to make it shorter.

So can anyone help me create a short routine, about 30 minutes with very intense stretches that will help me gain atleast .5 invhes in 6 months? Thank you

Are you using the LM? I ask because your able to get a complete grip of the penis and get amazing amounts of leverage with the product. Bundleds are really amazing as well. Could you do 30 minutes of LM work and some hanging? Are you wrapping with an ACE wrap post length routine to maximize elongation?
 
You can also go The BM route and do 1/3rd of your routine 'hands-free' while conducting your 'regular' shower duties, (the other 2/3rds may require more 'hands-on' depending upon intensity)
 
If you are looking for intense and short, the LM or BM is the only equipment that I know of that will meet that criteria. The LM is as intense as you want it to be. The BM can be done in that amount of time and the BM stretches are pretty intense, IMO.

The PF is certainly a good tool. The only thing I know of that allows you hands free stretch for as many hours as you want during the day or night

That is the most awesome part of the Phallosan that it can be worn through the night, I mean this is completely no work at all on the part of the user, it is magically done in our sleep. The daily use is incredible too with the extreme flexibility and the concealment. An active worker can train through the day with no fears of slippage or someone seeing it. Great purchase and as I said, Phallosan is taking the market by storm.

The PF has been a game changer for me.

So odd to me how quickly things shift in the PE world. The Phallosan has made itself a very smart niche in the market with no competition. But, with time, will come something new and things will shift again eventually.

Looks like you’re just wanting length? I would suggest 1 set of 30 seconds each way stretch in the morning (should take about 12 mins of your time). Later on do one more set followed by 10 minutes of hanging at a good weight. Pee tugs throughout the day. This way you’re utilizing both concepts of ligament lengthening (creep and hysteresis). I am doing this and having good results, minus the hanging part which I plan to add in the upcoming months. All in this routine should take about 30-35 mins and I think it can be very effective!
 
the only things i use now are the BM 20 min every night, and hanging.
when i first started pe, i did DLD phase one, i did 1000 upward semi erect jelqs every day, and stretched every night, downward, outward, upward, 3x each, for 30 sec each like it said. i gained an inch insanely quick, went fro 6'' to 7'' in less than a month.

Indeed. But, in time something better always appears.

Hanging can be different for men, some need hours a day to see gains and some can get by on a couple of sets. Hanging takes a lot of dedication, privacy and time. If you do not have the time to hang you can still work shorter sets in combined with manual work to quicken your gains.
