I am 45 yrs old, and after a recent prescription round of antidepressants Zoloft that made orgasming hurt a bit, and welbutrin that gave me a no feel for arousal and how close I am to cumming till I blow, I quit both of those and got ED.

I anyway had borderline Penis Enlargement, and I preferred to hand orgasmate (is that even a word - well it is around my house) my wife before entering her, thank god I am good at that. I never even enter her till she's squirted a little.

Now since your penis has no conditioning, you should realize that you must start from the bottom and work your way to the more and more intense exercises. I think you should be kinda happy that you get to have such a phase. Next time (after the 3-4 week sex abstination) you have sex, you MIGHT have something to show off (whether it be better EQ, longer lasting sex or maybe even a better size).

Well, it is natural for men to get hardons while they sleep, so yes- it is normal. I've never had ED (and I pray I never even know what it is), but the fact that you get your nighttime erections speaks that the reason for your bad erections is more mental than physical. How hard should I be when jelqing ? Full hard on almost hard enough to hurt ?
My wife likes to hold it in her sleep after sex as well as on non sex nights. But I am usually hard enough to punch through a brick wall with it.
That hasn't helped obviously, so its not really "jelq".
Would the suppliments help with size with the way I am currently being "held" so I can just take it and gain size. Is it too much for me to be held almost all night almost every night ? Its not hurt me That I can tell atleast, but I was also not trying to get so big I can penetrate her from across the room.
 
Well, when it comes ti girth work- the more blood you have in your shaft- the better. But since you are a newbie- you might want to start from, like, 60-80% or something. Well, about supplements- I cannot tell you for sure, but it is best to do some Penis Enlargement while you take them (depends on what you're taking), cause some Penis Enlargement supplements promote better penile vascularity, which would be of little to no help if not done together with some Penis Enlargement routine. I am not completely sure I understood what you actually asked, but I hope I gave you the answer you were looking for :)
