Got diagnosed with stage iv colon cancer in 2018. Almost died, quit using my penis for the last two years. Still fighting and on chemo but feeling better and want to hook up with the wife again. I developed peyronies somewhere in 2019 and have had an ED issue since my 20's due to a motorcycle accident (cialis and viagra were/are lifesavers in this area). Peryonies wasn't dr. diagnosed but dick took a 90 degree turn mid-shaft and has constricture bands in a couple places.

Jan 2020 a nursing friend offered free use of a shockwave machine (offbrand gainswave) at her office for the ED and possibly peyronies. I used the machine 2 to 3 times a week for about 8 weeks as well as weekly pumping with a cheap amazon.com pump. Stopped working on the penis after cancer surgery in March. Started pumping again in July and the amazon pump broke so I bought a knock off x40 from aliexpress. It took a long time to get here and only works if I keep it under water. I'm happy to report that my penis is straight when pumped or I use cialis (I had a congenital curve my entire life so this is weird to be straight) I've lost at least an inch off of my erection, still have a couple peyronies bands and seem to have lost some girth.

I would like to get my inch or more back and increase girth. The wife loves girth and I was probably too long for her so if girth is a better thing to focus on we can do that. I was also thinking that girth work may help break up the peyronies scar tissue bands but don't know. Prior to all of this mess, my non-bone pressed erection was 7.75" x 6.5" diameter. My flacid penis has always been very small so it might be kind of neat to have a bit more of show-er than a grower if this stuff works for me. Anything to help the ED would be nice as well, I'm thinking about seeing if my friend will loan me the shockwave machine again for another 8 weeks of treatment.

I have three more surgeries coming if my current chemo regime works so I'm in a window right now where I can work on myself. If I don't get to surgery I'll most likely die so don't worry to much about exacerbating the peyronies when you recommend a program. I figured I was going to have to have surgery to fix the peyronies someday anyways.

I am on disability so I have ton of time on my hands and privacy isn't an issue. That being said, I don't think I want to spend more than an hour a day on my penis unless you think it can really make difference. And I probably need to ad that chemo sometimes knocks me on my ass for four days or so, that might be a factor to consider when looking at a routine.

Also, is it ok to use the shockwave machine along with the SRT or other programs? Or, will that be too much trauma on the penis?

Thanks for your help, pioneering, research and awesome resources here!

I found it on my own :) I’m very proud of you for everything that you’re going through and how you’re handling it, you are a wonderful example of someone with tenacity! The curvature you have left we can easily tackle that with various exercises and pumping. I would like to help you put a routine together that will work for your situation. I would like it to be something light and easy since you’re going through so many other things. If you want me to do this for you let me know. Together we can come up with a routine that will make all the magic happen

Light sounds good, as long as we see some results...I feel good enough to put the work in right now. Thanks for the quick responses!

Let’s start with the new the routine as this workout covers every possible angle of gain. If you still have a pump I would highly recommend the 5×5×3 found in the SRT routine. Doing the length work from the newbie routine and the girth work from SRT should bring you very nice foundational gains and we can increase from there.

I do have the pump. Sounds like a plan. When should I check back in with you - a couple weeks, a month?

I'll also post current stats in the results tracking forum tomorrow.
