Hey guys my names Brian I am 20 years old and I currently Reside in Florida. Ive just recently left the Military after doing 3 Years and I'm now a student.

I have been lurking on this forum for quite awhile but I've recently got a computer so decided to make an account. I thank you all for all the help and info you guys offer.

Ive been doing Penis Enlargement For about 4-5 Months .. Mostly using the Size Genetics. My Routine was kind of bad.. Strictly using it for 9-12 Hours a day with no rest days.. Which I came to Regret! Also Ive bought a 6 Month supply of Vigrx Plus to get better bloodflow down their and hopefully see better gains. But mostly used it for performance.

About 3 months later. I took a measurement to find no length/girth gains BUT.. An increase in Erection Strength/Better orgasms and veins popping out that I have NEVER seen before.

I got pissed and wanted to start the gains going so I've recently bought the Bathmate and started to bring Kegals/Manual Exercises into my routine.

Here is my current Routine

1) 10 minute warmup with either Rice Sock if I have time or using warm water in the Bathmate and just letting it sit using no pressure.
2) Use the Bathmate for 20 minutes(70-80% Erection) doing the the complete streches ( Up, Left , Right, Upper Left , Upper Right , Down to the Left, Down to the Right , And Straight down ( ALL WHILE DOING KEGALS) I do each stretch for 3 Minutes. So I get about 180 Kegals each stretch, So I'm doing about 1400 Kegals throughout this workout)
3) Jelq For 15 Minutes
4) Use the Size Genetics for 9-12 Hours ( Always aiming for 12 )
5) 2 Days of routine. 1 Day off. ( Kegals 1 on 1 off Repeat )

Now.. This where I found out I've fked up. I was NEVER using rest days and after research I've found out thats why my gains weren't as good as they could have been.

Until most recently I thought I have not gained ANYTHING. But my problem was.. I am on SSRI / Depresion pills ( Celexa 40mg) And ever since I've been on them my Libido and erection strength have went to the shitland. The side effects is sexual side effects.. So pretty much its hard to get it up and I'm just not interested in sex like I used to be. So I am going to be seeing my doctor soon to maybe see if their is a depression pill that will not have a sexual side effect.

So I thought my problem could be maybe my erection strength wasn't 100% So my good friend gave me the blue pill : ) And sure enough.. When I measured.. I saw the gains.. Went from EXACTLY 5 Inches to 5 3/8. Thats pretty much a centimeter so I find that pretty good. Atleast I know now that what I have been doing has worked. But I do feel that with the addition to Bathmate/ Manual Exercises and Rest days I will get better gains.

My current stats are
Fully Erect ---5. 3/8
Flacid --------3. 7/8
Girth --------- Exactly 4 Inches

The truth is, Its real hard for me to get an 100% Erection while on these depression pills as the side effects are sexual side effects. So I will be taking a 100% Erection pic when I get off these pills or if I switch to one that has no sexual side effects. Im considering getting another blue pill haha and just doing the correct measurements.

Ill be uploading a lot more pictures. If anyone has any suggestions or feedback or any comments please post ahead : )

Welcome mate, just thought I would drop me 2c.

First and foremost its great to see your dedication, it really shines through and that's such a big part of getting to your goal. In my opinion, you have made the right choice with adding some manual work to your program, I don't think anything can replace doing some good standard stretching. If you don't see results with that routine I'll eat my own hat. You can always view some of DLD's newbie programs in the newbie section, his Bathmate girthbusters are brilliant and well worth a look. Props on posting pictures too, again re-firms your dedication! Best of luck.

Heat97, Glad to see such a thorough post, you have everything on point and this will make your journey so much better. The SSRI medications are a bitch, I have been on psych meds for many years and the side effects can be hell. I suggest you talk with your doctor about something that works better for you sexually. Some meds make my sex drive zip while others sam to have no effect. The best thing, of course, if one that helps you with psychological issues while has little side effects.

Confused on this one. Are you stretching manually and using the Bathmate or stretching while in the Bathmate?

This is excellent, I would suggest doing them during the Bathmate session is more of a circuit training. I suggest 3 sessions of 5 Minutes in the Bathmate followed by 5 minutes jelqing.

If you can handle this you are going to gain length very fast.

These are specific stretches meant to express more inner penis outward. They are an important part of a good length routine. They should be used right along side ligament stretching as in basic stretching, SizeGenetics, etc. and Tunica stretching best achieved through intense upper angles and bundled stretches.

Bathmate stretches are a Expressive Stretch meant to expose inner penis found below the base of the penis all the way back to the anus. It is also advised to do manual stretching and/or SizeGenetics stretching to achieve faster ligament and shaft gains.
 
So I guess ive got the Bathmate streches down. Now I need to do the sizegenetics streches? Its pretty much the same concept but tugging your penis forward while the extender is on doing all the streches? ( up left right straight forward ect)

The SizeGenetics will stretch for you. Set a position and let it do its magic over an hour. After one hour, remove, massage back good circulation and reattach in a new position.

What tension or line do you have your SG set at while you are wearing? In your SG picture, is that what you always wear at?
 
I just raise the bars until I'm 1cm above my fully flaccid size.

But I've recently added some bars so I don't even have to move the tension bars, it is already set at 1cm above my fully flaccid size so all I do is strap i and thats it. No moving any tension bars.. No measuring.
 
Yep, real comfortable. I wear it during work (8-9 hour shifts) never hurts, never slips. Seems ive gained about 1 centimeter and a half in 3 1/2 months. At first I thought I havrnt gained anything but I wasnt getting a full erection to measure correctly.

That is great news and another testament to starting with solid measurements. The worse thing in Penis Enlargement is not knowing if you gained or not. Congratulations on the gains!
 
Started using the Bib Hanger today..

Gona incorporate DLDs srt routine (hanging/Bathmate/sizegenetics)

My current length is 5 3/8 and girth is at 4.0

Doing 4x20 sessions of 2.5 pound weights for 2 weeks straight then gona bump to 3 pounds
