No this is the first week i just did what i feel
For the last 5 months ive followed a strict routine
Dld newbie routine for 2 months every single day
Srt for 2 months every single day
I just am doig what i feel like cause im just idk i feel theres no point but i cant give up

I have a LM and i dont wanna be workin out for more than 10 min a day

Idk what to say..it's impossible to gain nothing with 3 months of SRT..it's either the intensity or exercises done wrong,or diet.With 10 min of PE a day you won't really gain anything.Only the warm up + warm down are 10 min.Any kind of information is useful.Everything you do in a day.I can't really see where the problem is.Maybe you could record yourself doing your PE routine so we could see if you do the exercises corectly.Idk.

10 minutes a day? Is this how much you have been training all this time?
 
In 10 min you wouldn't even have time to complete the newbie stretches...not enough time for a solid PE routine.

I remember when you first turned up so exited to learn all the exercises, and starting threads to ask about everything. Its pretty tragic that you would feel that way now XD

yep i remember back in the day when i was a pro stretcher LOL the newbie stretchings would take me like 15+mins to finish a session of stretchings...:)

It's your attitude. Attitude determines altitude. Attitude like that is why you're still at the airport yet to take off.

But you were getting temporary bpfsl/eg gains so you were on the right path champ:) you just gotta keep pushing
 
Ya i was getting good girth gains. I gained avout .5 in a few months. Ive stopped girth because i felt if i focused solely on length itll help but nah

Maybe i will just use the bathmate and get a chode
Ugh
 
Yeah that works too man, you can do low grip stretches with the lm transition to bathmate resuming tension. That'll surely give you a little length along with your chode.
