I made a beginners thread some time ago (we have a lot of good articles on this forum so it gets hard to catch them all)
This is how gains show up for people in just about every case i have seen:
Flaccid lenght starts to hang lower. After a months of good stretching.
Bonepressured flaccid lenght. first gains shows in 1-3 month. People mostly report growth of 0.5 inches here in the beginning. (What we refer to as starting gains)
Bonepressured erect lenght.
The very same gains takes some time to show in bonepressured erect lenght. In my experience kegels. And edging is a great way to train the body to pump more blood out there. Actually using the new dimensions.
Erect lenght.
To get gains here is the last step for most guys. And this can be a tricky one for someone (im one of them)
Obviously you have to do everything else in the routine. And the trick for me was 5 mins erect stretching everyday.
It just made this: tadaaaa effect and suddenly bpel gains would transfer.
So my point is.
The 2 first places where you will see gains fl and bpfl is also the 2 places you didnt measure. For all we know you might have an inch in bpfl that could be worked into the other stats aswell. That why its so important to make sure to make good measurements (i prefer pictures but thats a linger story why)
