whata the point? Im on my 4th month
More than halfway through srt. Havent gained at all. And before you ask, yes im doing everything right. I study everythhing i do and make sure its correct before i do it. Only time i feel good is after rhe bathmate
But than my
Pump goes away. This is just so disheartening.
 
Do you apply enough intensity?

Do you take days off?

What's your diet like?

Are you fat ?

What devices do you have?

What routine do you have?

What are you doing after your PE session?

Do you sleep enough at night?

Do you have tight underwear?

Do you warm-up/down?

Do you keep your dick elongated?

And the list can go on...Write down EVERYTHING you do,eat,as i told you in some other threads,even take a video of you doing your routine..you are clearly doing something wrong,i don't want to be a dick,but i would bet you don't apply enough intensity.PE is very simple,is like muscle building,there is no such thing as " i don't gain " , if you do the right things,you will gain 100 % .
 
And 4 months is a relatively short time in PE,you should've gained some size by now,but some guys gain slowly..if you don't have patience you will fail in PE.

You shouldn't measure every 1-2 months like you do,you will probably not gain size in that short period of time and you will get depressed,like you did now...PE is a long-term thing,i would say measure every 6 months,no sooner than that because of this very reason,you will get depressed when you see you didn't gain/barely gained anything.

I can see you are frustrated but please try to relax and let yourself be open to help you figure out where things are not going right. I know you feel as though you are doing everything right, it would still be good for us to look everything over. Please answer the questions that Chil put forth. Don't worry, we got you!
 
i honestly do apply lots of intensity. I have a length masfer and sometimes i feel my dick is gonna rip off. My bathmate also makes me quench cause itts so strong i take maybe 1 day off a week but i always am strapped up

Idk im hoping ill gain
Today i noticed my flacid hang was lower
And i was doing my bathmate session and i accidentally let it on too long and my dick was MASSIVE after. It grew to 5.5 girth and right below the head was 5.8!
But my length hasnt changed

Some guys gain slower..i gain length very slowly,i haven't seen a change in 2 months,not 0.1" gain,but that doesn't mean i'm going to stop...be patience,do your PE session every day,and the results will come.

PE is a long term thing,you will not gain inches in 4 months.The truth is you should have gained something until now,but if you didn't it means you're a slow gainer.

Watch your diet too,make sure you get a good diet with lots of protein,you need good nutrients to build up new tissue on your dick.

2-3 L of water daily,also.

And that's it..if you feel like you're putting up enough intensity,just be patience.

So true and something my Mother taught me from a child. She said the most attractive thing in a man was his patience and that always stuck with me. Today I am extremely patient, I think PE really helped me cement this. Anything worth having is worth waiting for. Anything that is easy to attain usually has little value or is bullshit.

With this comment already, we know you're going to gain. If you feel that continue it. How many days on and off are you doing your routine. Increase # of days or minutes an exercise is done and you'll gain. I bet you by your 6th month you'll made length improvements.

SO perhaps you are taking too much on at once. Sometimes it is good to start with basics and work your way into SRT. The Newbie Routine, as irrelevant some may think, is very powerful in creating gains and foundation to take on greater work. Perhaps a two weeks in the Newbie Routine and from there we can add in more components of SRT. Sometimes too much at once can cause more stress than gains.

forget everything. Just grab an extender or phallosan and wear it for 10 hours with 2 pee breaks for 3 to 4 months. It should e worn in light tension. When not wearing any device wear a silicon sleeve. You will gain.

He is having issues with getting into SRT to soon so he will most likely go back to manual for a bit before getting back into SRT. I hope he confirms this.
 
I would not like to ditch everything for extenders:/ i dont like them much infact ive made my own extender.
My girth has grew i checked it i started at 4.5 two days ago iwas 4.9 and this morning i may have been 5

Its just my damn length. All i want is .5 .6 inches. I just want my non bone pressed and i cant gain length at all ughhh is there any dark horse tip i should do?

Well every body has their ideas. I don't discriminate any ones ideas. I try to learn. SRT is good.

But at times when you don't gain. You need to condition your penis and break the plateau. Once when this is done you can follow any routine. The best answer is an ADS.

I did not gain from the past 10 months. Now my extender helped me. 8 hours daily and balance time abs sleeve of 5 inches. Now gaining. After 4 months I will go back to SRT and hanging and high intensity work out.
