Its slow as it goes, and I'm willing to wait, but I'm still kinda impatient. I know that for myself, length gains must be done in coordination with girth gains, and that I need to go hard or go home. Erect bundles and erect hanging are the most terrifying thing I can think of, so I wanna do more of that! 😁. Which BTW, I've only started doing for a week, and as a measurement this morning I'm already 0.25 inch thicker in places on my junk. Need to even it out a bit, but its working! Intensity is key for me

Very much so and just so Brothers know what progressive means is starting at a very low level of intensity and slowly work up the latter of intensity until the limit is realized. This is different in all men so this method will bring you safely to you prime maximum.
 
Did you ever get more ribs? I feel like I'm getting some near my glans from just spamming clamped ulis sometimes which is similar to EH. Doing lots of wall presses and them with the included bends. I already graduated to a larger size bracelet even "D.

TUNICA BUSTER- That would be erect or flaccid hanging while bending forward and trying to touch your toes. I have been trying this for a while now after being stuck at 7.5" npbel now I am getting an erect stretch of 8.25". Also never hang erect standing straight up. Based on my experiment it can work safely but know your body and your limits. I also do a pendulum swing while hanging all my weights- it feels more comfortably.

I've healed up pretty nicely since my wife tried to finger bang my junk. So, the last two nights I've been practicing hanging @ 5 lbs while 90-100% erect for 20-30 min. I only started this because DLD started a thread about using the LM while erect for massive tunica deformation, so I tried and thought it was pretty amazing (if not near crazy) stuff. So after those LM erect sets I decided to move on to these erect hanging sets. What I noticed is that I get a huge expansion that I can't even put my hand around anymore. My head is just as expanded. Now I know some of you hang with an erection. Do you guys normally get sore the next day? I ask cause my eurethra burns a bit and my head is still sensative.

Did you make any gains from the erect hanging? I won't recommend it to anyone.
