I've healed up pretty nicely since my wife tried to finger bang my junk. So, the last two nights I've been practicing hanging @ 5 lbs while 90-100% erect for 20-30 min. I only started this because DLD started a thread about using the LM while erect for massive tunica deformation, so I tried and thought it was pretty amazing (if not near crazy) stuff. So after those LM erect sets I decided to move on to these erect hanging sets. What I noticed is that I get a huge expansion that I can't even put my hand around anymore. My head is just as expanded. Now I know some of you hang with an erection. Do you guys normally get sore the next day? I ask cause my eurethra burns a bit and my head is still sensative.
 
I think you are the first to take up erect hanging and LengthMaster use. I am a huge believer in training erect causes much faster Tunica stretch which in turns allows for gains to come quicker.

Well this is definitely uncharted territory for me. I felt that those sets felt similar to a slow squash jelk, but one that lasted for 20 min. So what I did was wrap towards the base as tightly as I could (pulling out as much sack as possible from the wrap), with an erection. Then I continued to play with the head while watching ���� to get max expansion (similar to what I do when I wear a cock ring). Then take the LM, clamp down as much as possible then let it hang. Immediately I saw an expansion that I've never had before, and it hung around till the end of my set.

I think I will be doing these from now on. I feel sore, but I'm not turtling.

That's great dude. I don't have any experience but let us know how good these methods are :)

Can BPEL be longer than BPFSL?

You can try that , erect working is awesome..another thing you can do is to place the hanger low at the base,this way i believe you will target the inner penis :) . But if you want to work the tunica , then i believe erect hanging could work,but be careful with it.Start slowly.

Yeah, the more closer to the inner penis you have the more expressive stretching you do.

I have been placing it lower at the base for that very reason, but I worry about turkey neck because it is dangerously close to the penile-scrotal webbing.
 
This is balsy thing to do brother, but we need to push the limit if we want to gain big. Tbh I've never heard about this other than using the bathmate, but if you can make it work then perfect!
Just watch out for that urethra bro seriously. I've heard of PErs getting urethritis from just normal hanging so just make sure you don't throw too much at it too soon.

Testicle health massage and stretch will destroy the turkey neck ( especially the stretch ).You can prevent the turket neck by doing that :)
 
I remember a thread of a member who practiced erect hanging often and very intense. He reported big gains and rocking eq (no turtling there). Back then a lot of bros around here were very reluctant because of the assumed danger of such a hanging practice but nowadays that the whole tunica deformation subject is omnipresent here on MOS and erect exercises are state-of-the-art, the reactions are very different. Funny how fast people change their opinion sometimes.:p

I'm noticing that my junk is feeling fuller in my hand. At 100% erection it feels heavier. Some things to notice. Wife gave me a little head last night after the erect bundled session (just a tease, no orgasms). She was noticeablely struggling to put it into her mouth. Made a quiet mental note of that. Noticed that this morning I had the same condition as I did yesterday morning (Eurethra burns a little bit at the tip). The head is more sore around the coronal ridge this time. Also I'm starting to notice that there are areas, on my penis head in particular, that are thinner skinned (not due to the stretches, just normally this way). When doing erect bundles I could see those area turn darker. I believe that whatever I'm doing is not only affecting the tunica. It's also affecting head expansion.

Hmm, that worries me. Right now I'm only hanging with 5 lbs. Without an erection I can hang 5-7 lbs without too much difficulty or even losing sensation for 30 min - 1 hr at a time. That same 5 lbs is much more intense while erect. Thanks for the heads up brother!

DLD jut informed me erect stretching in any direction is fine except BTC. But be warned, he also said you may hear a pop sound but it's normal.

Thanks for the heads up. Erect bundles are quite a challenge. I can get 180 degrees (turning left or right), but I must work into it slowly easing it to 180 or my junk will resist vehemently, but by the time I get there I can pull in any angle including BTC. I do agree though, that particular stretch should be left alone while doing erect bundles only because it felt like I was already at 120%. Anymore I could have really done some damage.

Ow. I hope you take some good caution :) I find it amazing you can do bundled erect stretches, i still need to heal before doing bundles but i'll definitely be doing them.

Two new things I noticed tonight. Same routine: bundled stretches first, then erect hanging. One was that I'm starting to get this baseball bat effect a bit (definitely from the erect hanging), and I started to feel around under the head and noticed there is now a tight hard ring around it. DLD mentioned something about "ribs" forming, and wondered where these come from. I think it is circumferential scar tissue buildup from erect hanging (or at least, this is one of the ways to get them). I'll continue my progress and in the next couple of weeks try to see if I develop anymore.
