I don't have as much privacy as I used to to Penis Enlargement. When I do get to Penis Enlargement, even if i've had a small layoff, I always feels that I gain some length in any workout (even if it's microscopic). I always feel length-wise that when my session is over that i'm permanently a little bigger.

I don't know if I can say that about girth. I get the feeling that girth requires the compounding effect of multiple, consequtive workouts...that if one just does a random Penis Enlargement workout...that the expansion created in the workout with girth just tends to subside if not followed up. Any opinions?

Girth, for some men, myself included, is difficult to gain. It took me creating exercises like Girth Busters and Slow Squash Jelqs that really broke the plateau. You are most likely like myself and need more intense work. Girth can also be greatly increased with the Bathmate when it is combined with the Girth portion of the routine.

Thanks D. Unfortunatley, the Bathmate poses even bigger privacy issues. I guess my question is: do you feel that one gains girth (even a small amount) from every properly done girth session? I really get the feeling that girth is only built by consistently building off the expansion of recent workouts. I don't necessarily feel this way about length. I think if it's stretched you gain. Maybe it's just an anatomical difference (how girth is gained vs. length). I don't know, but it's just something I was looking for opinions on. Thanks again.
 
Start to pump and you will not think not believe,you will see that you are thicker!

Everything is hard for me to gain.. girth and length. Girth, I use clamping. I do about 4 sets of 25 min clamping a day plus have sex with the clamp on for 30 mins. Yes I get that temp fluid, looks bigger girth. It's been 5 months of this and I've seen no improvement. I'm average length but the clamp makes me hard like a dildo and my girls like that. Pumping is useless imho. I have used water pumps in the past for many months. I was 21 then, now I'm 34. It gave me expansion but not for long and it was mostly fluid buildup. When I had sex like that with a cock ring on, all the fluid ended up towards the base.. looked funky.
 
What exercises did you do while clamping? I do Horse440s and i know others do SSJ's and ULI's, however for me none of these worked except Horses which give me wild expansion. Just try all the exercises and see which works for you.

Hello my friend,start to do dld newbie routine,at the start,first 5 times stretch with medium force,after that start to stretch really hard,relax your body when stretch,don't push the abdomen,relax...at first do good warm-up!! and do all the three sets of newbie routine,buy Bathmate or vacu-tech air pump and add 30 minutes sets for the evening...u will gain.Listen to me.

p.s don't use clamp while sex!!!!!!!!!!! stop! buy pump,it's better and clamp after pumping for best expansion.
 
yeah, I now believe Clamping should really only be a last resort kinda thing after you tried everything else for girth and have all the length gains you want.
 
When you do clamp, try using thick wrapping around your penis and put the clamp to 5. Anything past five will hurt like hell and you'll regret clamping. Trust me, I know.

2) Appreciate your opinion SirKyle, but most if not all the girth i've gained came from SSJ's and clamping.
 
To the original post, I agree with your theory. The way I feel about it is girth will gain better if rest days are set apart reasonably. The extra skin and tissue has time to rest after a workout and duplicates itself. So when you have gotten a good girth workout, say 2-3 days in a row, take a day or two off and see if by the4th or 5th day on you next girth workout if you notice any difference is the strength of your penis during girth exercises. Length is true with help add girth, for example straight down stretching will result in bas girth gains. Although length will not present as predominate girth as length, overall your erections will become stronger and the health of your penis will get stronger as your penis does consecutively girth will follow.
 
If girth and length are equal in size it is called a CHODE according to my Son:)
 
That's width not circumference. So if you had a 2 inch wide penis and a 2 inch long penis, that's a chode. :)
