hello....i read somewhere in the forum that girth gain means length gain coz the penis expands like a balloon. if its true then why some guys gain girth but not length and vice versa? i hope that the experienced pe practitioners will chime in this topic. thanks in advance.
 
That only works up to a certain degree, of course. You can't expect to do length or girth only and to gain in the other department respectively. But you will achieve some girth with length only (mainly base girth) and some length with girth only (due to the balooning effect), especially in the bginning of your Pe career. Then there's the jelq which is usually applied at least in the initial phase and that works both dimensions better than any other exercise (though it does neither as efficiently as more intense exercises do but it's the best allrounder, so to say)

Exactly correct. The theory was put forth to describe why men, when they train only length or girth will gain the other in the process. It by no means is equal, it will always benefit the area you are training and secondary gains will go to the area not being trained.
 
It's like doing pushups. Your chest and triceps will grow most, but your shoulders, biceps and forearms will also grow slightly.

thanks a lot guys for replying...but.....i dont know why when i do workouts focusing only on girth gains, i gain only length but NO girth.....weird...
 
This is something I've seen a lot over the years. It's like some guys are predispositioned to gain one over the other.

I just started adding jelqs and a bit of girth work to my routine today, but most of it consists of more than 2 hours of length work a day.
 
my current routine is purely consists of erect squeezes, glans squeezes and ballooning. also i masturbate using fleshlight so often.i am doing this girth routine for 2 weeks now and i didnt gain any girth. but gained .25 inch erect length. i thought its a measurement mistake, but so far i measured 7 times and yes i actually gained length. i am not doing any kind of length exercise not even light stretches.

In that case it shouldn't bother you yet. 2 weeks is nothing and if you have already gained a quarter inch in length due to the balooning effect, the better.
But I would suggest to incorporate some SSJs. They are king in the manual girth exercise department (together with SRT size blaster but that will normally also boost your length> idk if that's desired?). Also I'm not sure what you mean by erect squeezes (what's this? squeezing the shaft?) and glans squeezes (this one I understand). Also it depends strongly on how long you squeeze imo. Because these short squeezes don't deliver enough intensity over a long enough time duration. I'd recommend at least 30-45 second squeezes if not 60 seconds or more (this is a matter of conditioning).
I also think the classic jelq shouldn't be missed in the beginning because so many people (me included) get a lot out of it initially that it'd be a shame if you wouldn't take advantage of this basic exercise.

I'd say all the girth work has boosted your EQ. I know that's what it does for me.

A sting length routine always brings a slight girth gain.
 
I don't think I've ever gotten much of a gain in girth, but then again I've never been able to stick to PE for more than 3 months lol

...I do erect squeezes by squeezing the base and behind the glans while erect and glans squeezes r done by squeezing the base and head while erect

With 1800 posts you should be able to remain consistent to gain that size!

Take that number and divide it by 1800 posts and we should get a good sum of post to gaining ratio...we may need a mathematician to figure this one out.:):):)
