How much expansion do you typically go for per session?
i usually try to hit atleast .5 to 3/4'' if im lucky i get an inch expansion, but usually after 3/4 i start to get fluid build up.
 
Yep, that's around what I get too.

I am doing manual base clamps, kegels and jelqs.
Plus erect pulls. Contrary to how they sound, they really aid expansion.

Fluid buildup is a real waste of time and gains, unless you're going for a certain expansion to immediately use for sex.
 
ya, thats why as soon as i see the fluid coming in i stop.
used to do alot of erect stretches, but i noticed all my prior expansion would go away.

Don't you use a pump prior to doing your main constrictor? Does pumping give you the most fluid because it does for me bro.
To answer your op: I usually try to go for feelings more than expansion lately. When I'm executing my bends very well I get a 'warmth', and a 'burn' at the site i'm having a crack at. After a few bends in all directions I move the clamp into my body, and kegel firmly which engorges me significantly. After I have this stiffness I move the clamp forward like a uli, and get that burning feeling all around my girth. This warmth, and burn signify that my cells are separating, and commencing mitosis
 
It depends on how good of a workout I have but your numbers seem about right. Sometimes more if I am having a great day. Definitely makes sex that much better for me, and it's a fun challenge to keep up the stamina with the extra meat hanging around. :)
 
0.5 inches. I don't know what my # was the last time I tried girth. I know it wasn't much O_O that shit must be good enough for gains.
 
I have not checked in a bit but usually about .5" expansion. I could definitely bring more but I am not looking for active gains now, especially with the experiment I am running.

So 0.5" is something to aim for? I need to keep that in mind simply because I'm pure length now and girth will be later in life. Jelqing at most has gotten me no expansion as such.

.5" is a great amount of expansion but in many ways it is at the lower end of what many men get. I have heard of men going beyond 1" in expansion. Most report anywhere from .5 - .75"

Ya I almost feel that to actually cause perm expansion, you should be getting Atleast 3/4 to a full inch if expansion per session, if your getting an inch expansion your going to be making gains.

Remember some men get an inch or more.

That's insane,i get 0.5 usually,maybe 0.75 at most,getting 1 inch or more,that's a huge temporary expansion. 0_0
 
I'm currently doing bathmate ssj supersets in addition to my length routine. Right now I'm getting about .75 expansion. More than I've ever gotten. I'm starting to grow out of my x30. I measure at 5.25 mid shaft and expand to about 6. My last measurement was a month ago tho.

That's awesome! The new expansion measurement for you is great, you'll definitely see some gains bro!
 
I like to use the Xtreme to flush out the toxins which strengthens the erection, but I struggle with fluid<:(. How do you guys interpret what is real expansion, and what is fluid?

If you are going in the BathMate with no superset fluid will be taken on and it will be difficult to estimate what is tissue and what is fluid. If the 5x5x3 SRT BathMate super-sets are used I would estimate between 70-90% of the expansion is tissue.

So it's all in the exercise to get that expansion.
