Something to remember: If your erections were good before you started Penis Enlargement and got worse after you started Penis Enlargement, its certainly reasonable to suspect that Penis Enlargement caused your erectile dysfunction. Why don't you take a break for a few weeks and see if your erections return to normal. If they do, you might want to consider ceasing Penis Enlargement. If they don't, you may have to learn to live with the consequences. Ultimately, of course, the choice is up to you. I would never reccomend Penis Enlargement to anyone after what I did to myself.

It is curious that it's still the consensus that Penis Enlargement can't cause permanent damage if done correctly.

What exactly did you do to injure yourself? What do you mean by "squeezing your erection"? Just gripping the base of your penis with your hand while erect? I'm sure its not only Penis Enlargement'ers who have done that. Cock rings work that way. I know I've done that before I had ever heard of Penis Enlargement.

I think you are addressing me with that post. I basically squeezed the base when erect just for the heck of it, and one day I noticed that the head and CS didn't fill up properly anymore. I had a very full head and CS before.

Sounds like a freak accident. I'm sure every man has done that at one time or another. Wouldn't the vein heal at some point if you gave it rest from sex, masturbation, etc.?

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the replies. My erections were back to nornal after a days rest but gotten a bit weak again after another session of jelqing and stretching following the newbie routine. I am now woundering if i should reduce my overall jelqs to 200 pers session insteand of 300. I defintely want to continue Peing, i am not yet at the point of forgetting about Peing but i want to know to how approach it safely. I mean the forum has lots of users, most of which did NOT experince permenant problems. If some of them or DLD himself can provide everyone on the forum with practical safe guidelines that will be great. Its not enough, at least for me, to hear people say, dont over do it, dont rush it, i need more specific information.

Thats why i am actually following the newbie routine because its supposed to not be overdoing it. Also, for those memebers who were negatively affected by Penis Enlargementing, if they can also share with us how they got their injuries so others can learn from their hard won lessosns, that will also be great. Like SmallPenis06 said, we HAVE to try to make sure Penis Enlargementing is as safe as possible.

Man, it's been a year. I've taken breaks from masturbation, haven't had sex during that period, etc.

Thanks for your reply SmallPenis06 and to ALL the other members who replied. I truly feel LOST right now because of this. Do i jelq my 300 reps which take 1 hr+ and risk over training. Or do i jelq for 10 mins and thats it, or do i jelq my 300 jelqs at my high erection and get it over with.

Something that helped me was consistency. I get consistency by using a timer that I constructed using a little Windows .bat file (which the latest version can be found as a text file here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showpost.php?p=241904&postcount=6). Options 'B' and 'C' I based on a 2 second jelq, where: (2 seconds) x (300 reps) = 600 seconds, or 10 minutes, and 600 reps for 20 minutes. After about 5-10 jelqs being properly lubed with some vaseline, I'm at the right erection level for me, which is between 80% and 90% (I guess). Because my OK grip is pretty firm throughout the entire jelq, I think that prevents me from getting 100%. Damn the phone if it rings though, cuz if I have to stop to answer it, all the 'beating up' I've been doing on my dick does make it go to 100%, and I do have to take a break for a short while until it can subside. But if I can go through all 20 minutes unhindered, I can keep a consistent level of erection. The timer also keeps me honest with kegels, too.

As far as the timer goes, it is completely safe. If it wasn't, I'm sure I'd have been banned by now, and the post removed! LMAO It uses .wav files as audible indicators when to start and finish a rep. The variable names are pretty straight forward, such as: 'how_many', 'how_long', and 'rest_for', so if you wanted to change them for more or less intensity, I would not feel offended by any means!

I hope this helps!

I am also struggling with this issue. I have experienced what seems to be a permanent loss in erectile strength (for several months) and am holding off any further routine except kegel until I can reverse this. The problem is not loss of initial erection strength, but a waning of firmness (perhaps referred to as leak in other posts), actually making intercourse difficult. I think we would all appreciate hearing more from anyone who has dealt with and overcome this issue.
