Hey Guys,
I am a little bit freaked out today. I just started Penis Enlargementing and have been Penis Enlargementing for 4 days now (3 straight, 1 off and then yesterday). Typically my sessions take close to two hours BUT this is because i take a long time to jelq because i keep trying to reduce my erection levels. Here is what i do:

0. 100 1 sec PC flexes
1. Warm up 5-6 mins.
2. Wet Jelq: I start at 80% erection, do 10 strokes 2-3 secs strokes then i become fully erect. So i do a few 5 sec PC flexes to reduce my erection level and then i start to jelq again for may be 10-20 jelqs before becoming fully erect and then more 5 sec PC flexes and then jelq till i complete 300 jelqs.
3. Warm down 5 mins.
4. Stretches : 3 sets : 1. 30 sec straight down , 30 sec straight right, 30 sec straight left, 30 times rotatory while standing.
5. Another warm down 5 mins.

My last Penis Enlargement session (yesterday) was more intense than usual, i warmed up very throughly, felt my penis really warmed up. Also i stretched intensely to really feel the pull at the base. Also the rotary was intense, particularly when i am stretching down (ligaments).

Next day i feel my erection hardness is not as it used to be. I still get full (or close to full erections) but they are not my hardest ever. I suppose this is normal but i am really worried i was too intense in my last Penis Enlargement session. Did i over train. I did NOT notice any red spots or any thing like that and i always massage my penis and penis head after the stretches.

I need to know if what i did is ok (too much) or not and if its normal to be less hard the next day after an intense Penis Enlargement session. I am supposed to do another Penis Enlargement session tonight but worried that may be it will be too much so i am thinking about skipping (since my erections are not as hard as i ever had them).

What to do? PLEASE help!
 
Many guys that are new to Penis Enlargement will notice their erections aren't quite as hard, but it usually goes away and the difference is usually not very significant. See what happens in the coming days and adjust your intensity or frequency if needed. Ask DLD if things don't change.

Deons right. I started doing the same when i began iand i think it had a negative effect slightly. What you need to do now is not freak out relax first. Just give it some time, carry on with your routine but not as long like about an hour max. Just be aware and see how this go they usually right themselves after a while.

Erection firmness for me has been permanently damaged by my Penis Enlargement'ing. My dick is considerably larger flaccid after about 2.5 years of Penis Enlargement (probably about 1 - 1.5 inches with some variability), but my erection firmness is way down. A really shitty trade-off, in my opinion. The blood coming into the penis when you are aroused needs to build up enough pressure to occlude the veins leading out of your penis. If these veins can't be constricted, you can't get a good erection. Be careful.

When I started I was balls to the wall my erections suffered I took a break let the wang heal up and now I only workout for 30 minutes a day 45 minutes max and my wang is functioning nice.... I learned from my fellow Penis Enlargement bros that it aint a race but a life time commitment, so I choose to take it easy and take my time with it. And I think it is working for me..been Penis EnlargementINg for about 7-8 months gained an inch in length... girth a little..still workin slow and steady

I understand the main point about over-training, i really do. Believe me i am not doing 2 hour sessions just to over-train. The reason it takes me so long is because i get fully erect after just 10 slow jelq strokes. So what should i do then: just keep jelqing till i finish the 300 jelq mark while more or less fully erect? That will cut down my time by at least 30-45 mins but i will be jelqing at high erections which i hear is not good for a newbie.

I think at least 45 mins of my workout is just resting periods where i am trying to get my penis into a semi-erect state (by doing some PC exercises). The other alternative is i do not count jelq strokes but simply how many mins i jelq but that does not sound good either. Also my stretches do not take long either its only the jelq that is time consuming.

All i am doing is 300 wet jelqs and the 3x40 sec stretches and rotatory stretches and the PC flexes.

What would the veteran Penis Enlargementrs recmmend then?

:O Thats alot of jelqs I could barely do 50 without my dick getting all sore<:( ...Keep us updated on your condition?

I aint no veteran but im doing 750 jelqs, never get sore. Im guessin you far from overtraining
 
It funny how bullshit threads like "shemales" and "Would you bang your cousin or sister?" get more replies than this one...I think Penis Enlargement has caused impotence in some men but thats due to overworking your penis and not taking any precautions..People are in denial that some bad does come with Penis Enlargement I know I was..Ive seen some threads on this very same subject but they've all gotten thrown under the rug...We need to take this issue seriously people and come with some solutions.
 
Thanks for your reply SmallPenis06 and to ALL the other members who replied. I truly feel LOST right now because of this. Do i jelq my 300 reps which take 1 hr+ and risk over training. Or do i jelq for 10 mins and thats it, or do i jelq my 300 jelqs at my high erection and get it over with.

I paid my membership to the MOS website, joined the forum and started Penis Enlargement so hopefull but now end up so confused. My goal is to improve my penis size NOT damage it. But i feel i have litte support or advise. I cannot proceed without that or i risk permenant damage and then what!

I mean i am a a newbie to this and i can easily injure myself. If my questions have been answered elsewhere (i searched but could not find) would someone please at least point me to the right thread so i can get going with my workout instead of woundering what am i doing right or worng.

I would appriciate any further assitance as i am truly frustrated and confused right now.

Are your erections still not 100%? If yes, what part of the penis is affected the most? My suspicion is that Penis Enlargement causes venous leaks quite easily and especially to the glans.

Are these leaks preventable?..Have u done any damage to your penis due to Penis Enlargement?..
 
I think I caused mine a year ago by squeezing my erections, which is basically what part of Penis Enlargement is. I'm 95% sure I have a venous leak affecting my CS and glans.

I think warming up and conditioning will lessen the risk of such a leak, but there is always a risk.

Yes i know that but lets work to make Penis Enlargement as safe as possible for everyone.
