The name of it was, evening primrose oil.

This was what I found:
Evening primrose oil, with it's abundant omega-6, can nourish problem skin in the form of eczema or acne, by applying the oil directly to the problem area.

Maybe it can be helpful for the so called:
"Dry dick syndrome".

Definition of: Dry dick syndrome.
The literal terminology for a penis which is flaking in a fashion similar to common eczema or dandruff.

I have experienced, "Dry dick syndrom" due to the use of the broomstick and the length master.
