My approach to kegels is much more different now since this thread has been opened, doing them in first 10 minutes, nice and slowly, when squeezing I go from easy to hardest squeeze in 5 seconds rep, then release for about 3 sec and squeeze it again by method of building up the strength, it's kinda warm up for kegels and now I am able to isolate them not 100% but let's say 40-50% and I'm happy with that, because that's good indicator for me that the PC muscle is growing, also I don't work on penis until I get strong pelvis to support it, this actually working fine and only couple of days has passed, when I get back to routine it will contain erect tunica twists and erect stretches and Bathmate after that to expand girthwise...
I wanted to ask you guys, on scale from 1-10 what is optimal amount of strength which you perform on kegeling...6-7? :)
 
No one can say what strength they are because we only do kegels for endurance. We can tell you how long we can hold one, but until we have a strongman contest of who can lift more towels with the cok you'll never know true strength :blush:

Maybe we should hold a cock lifting contest :) I can hold a Kegel for a long time, as long as a blow job or sex could last. Kegel endurance is what allows this, Kegel strength is what gives the best EQ.
 
You're badass then, but I think the kegel strength goes together with endurance. Some days I can hold an engorging kegel, and other days I hold the kegel, but its all weak almost like no kegel XD.

Yea, please do! I've read about the thaoist practices in "The multi-orgasmic man" from Mantak Chia. Seems very plausible in many ways, also I managed to direct the bio-electric energy up the spine to a certain degree but only during masturbation and I've never trained enough to get really something out of it for sex but I'd love to. Not to not pick, but the urethra is all smooth muscle. It can be grown, trained, and strengthened. Just takes a lot because it's not a lot to work with.
 
Today was my lucky day! Finally after 1.5 month I've managed to achieve PC MUSCLE ISOLATING and it's so good feeling brothers, now I know I'm making progress with Pelvis, but I have still much to learn about all of it, first of all I want to ask you brothers about tingling and itchiness in PC area during active workout, I suppose it's a good thing to feel but it's better to ask then to guess what's happening down there right, that's why we're here, to learn and share knowledge throughout Community, I have changed something in my kegeling, first of all I warm it up by "Burst Fire Mode" I call it that way because of short three squeezes in a row without relaxing, then one standard 5 sec hold and 5 sec cooldown, then repeat entire circuit again for about 10 minutes, at some point of that time I can feel the actual muscle and I know somehow by intuition or whatever how to squeeze and how strong should I go, maybe some of you won't believe but it's happening FINALLY Blessed be the Lord to isolate it and to push it beyond its limits, my session of kegeling lasts from 45 to 120 minutes depending on my mood and circumstances I'm in...Im still outta routine for awhile to balance the pc and size I got in past two-two and a half months, I hope I'm in a good way, because if keels don't help me, I don't know what in this world will give me bigger and stronger Dickie xDDD
