Hello boys, I have issue with my erection, it aint soft, but it ain't rock hard either, no matter how much kegels I do, and how much I'm consistent with them, is there any universal solution for this problem, or I'm the only one who has this kind of problem, when I'm not squeezing my pc muscle during edging, when it's relaxed, I don't have that engorgement like when squeeze pc to the max, then I get that thick wide looking of the horny dick..but when I release it's disaster :(
 
Interesting questions, would like to hear more about this myself and see if maybe i can get some more knowledge about this.

But what i can say is.. Keegels + Edging should do plenty. But another important thing that i can help you with. Are you doing a routine combined with the keegels? It could be that your routine + keegel is not balanced enough to give you a strong EQ as result. You should maybe go lighter or even stop doing your routine for a while and focus solely on stamina + EQ exercises. It's all about balancing. You could balance a routine to give more/faster gains but you will sacrifice EQ. And you could outbalance it and give you bad EQ + no gains. You could balance it so your EQ is great and you gain very slowly at a slow tempo. And you can balance it so your EQ is amazing but your gains doesn't come by. Imagine it like a "line", you just have to put yourself on the correct area of the line to reach the goals you have. If it's EQ you are after solely, you should focus on only EQ exercises, everything that helps with EQ and skip everything else in the routine like low erection jelqs/dry jelqs and stretching!

Try only Keegels + Edging for a while for a while and skip the other exercises. Rest days and Eding could bring up EQ again. You should not go too hard on your keegels either.

I prefer a sacriface of EQ but faster gains the best balance to hunt fast gains, and this is preferable when you are single.
A good EQ and still gaining slowly is very good and the most balance way of gaining and still be able to have sex. This you can be satisfied with. But i'm single and want the balance above!

maybe after a couples of week you need to take a day off,the blood flow will go back to normal, sometimes the penis may look good,but fatigue can be something you cant notice until you let the organ take a day off rest.:)

better harder erections you can get once the cock has recovered from the beating.

I agree. I skipped some PE lately (3 weeks). Shame on me, I know. But after some rest and doing erect kegels daily my EQ is awesome. My dick gets so hard it hurts sometimes.

I knew it has something with balance, I forgot to mention OMG now I realized, when I was back to game, I had three weeks of pure workouts and NO KEGELING, that must be it...my kegels aren't tough enough to support size, guys, you opened my stupid blind eyes, God bless you all good people! <3
 
Sometimes you do need to rest. Erect work taps the body's resources, even if you don't ejaculate.
Perestroyka, how old are you and how much do you ejaculate? Without getting into too much detail, from the Traditional Chinese Medical/Taoist perspective we are all born with a finite amount of "essence". When a man ejaculates he spend a little of that essence. Depending on how strong your essence is when you're born and how old you are ejaculating too much will spend your essence and the body will try to preserve vital organ functions and have less energy for erection. Keeping a healthy body and mind is the best way to achieve EQ, though kegals are very important. A man in good health in his early 20's can ejaculate everyday, but it will start to catch up to you by the time you are 30.
There are some simple qi gong exercises and herbals that can help give great EQ but i don't recommend them unless you learn ejaculation control too. Otherwise it's like dipping into your body's retirement account in your 20's to buy beer and video games.
If people are interested I could do a write-up of the Taoist perspective on healthy sexual function. The ancient Chinese really understood a lot of practical things about sex and penis function.It would take a while for me write it but if any brothers are interested I would do it.

Keep kegeling.The PC muscle is literally a muscle,it takes a lot of time to grow.Exercise as much as possible,have a good diet , will help.Stop eating junk food.Food has a lot to say in the EQ departament.Stop jerking off and watching ���� too much ( if you're doing that ).Do it with moderation.
 
Kegel are the best for EQ issues no doubt. I need to go back my kegel routine.

Doing many kegels will cause fatigue, as we see in DLD Blasters. I would think your issue is just overtraining. See if keeping the Kegels in the Newbie Routine range is of any help and build up from there. As time goes on you can add more Kegels in. Another thing that may help is doing longer Kegels instead of shorter ones. How is your girth training? Are you overtraining there perhaps?

I highly recommend and hope you do a full write up on the Taoist perspective on healthy sexual function. I have studied some of this Taoist stuff and it all makes sense. Im always trying to learn new things about the Taoist.

I think I've made a mistake by not doing kegels for three or four weeks while I was back again on my routine, the gap is to big, kegels are just too weak to support my capacity that's what I think, so my plan is to work PC training every day, and routine every third just to maintain what I gained (I gained nicely for two months of daily routines btw), as for my girth workout I do only erect twisted stretches to "bully" the tunica, and Bathmate for 20 minutes, while I'm in the tube I do regular kegels as much as possible, because I feel more pressure on the penis. :)

Bro I'm 23, healthy young man, with excellent genetic composition, my father is 55 and he is also very healthy man, mother too, father's mom, my grandma died in 92, so basically we are healthy family all of us, I'm not into tobacco, marijuana here and there, but when I get high I get horny, and my EQ actually jumps up by 200%, I lift weights and my penis was very healthy even before pe (urologist diagnose). My issue is MY mistake, very stupid but critical mistake, I was of PE for couple of month (relationship etc.) and when I got back again on regular work, three or four weeks I was beating the motherfucker with stretches and BM, and I gained nicely yeah, but I WAS OF PC TRAINING ENTIRE MONTH AND NOW THAT GAP IS TO BIG you know..After that month of not kegeling I finally decided to work em (really stupid of me for not working em) but it was too late, kegels and penis were not in same balance, and it results in shitty eq, but even this eq isn't that BAD, I've made a little drama but ok, eq is ok more or less, I can have sex, but I want to CLOSE THAT GAP and have full cap, now because im an idiot, I'll have to try to balance that all, little pause with routine, no working, only kegeling and I'll see, if doesn't change anything, I'll figure something different out :)

Ease off of kegels. Progress into them slowly because kegels can also make you really fatigued.

Makes good sense. I also wanted to add, where I forgot, eventually fatigue will become less and less because the penis is becoming stronger and stronger. When this happens and you are still seeking fatigue the other method to get there is masturbation. The refractory period is just as good as any fatigue.

I've been doing kegels for 9 out of 10 weeks for 14 hours a week and have seen my erections get significantly better through that. You really need to do them a lot and try to do them as hard as you can. It might also be good to try a 2 on 1 off schedule with kegels as well. It's a muscle, and muscles need rest. If you go at it constantly and too hard you could be fatigueing yourself which will hurt your eq just the same.
 
breaking the gap..bpfsl n bpel is an interesting part of PE but as i have always stated i do want nbpel gains n yeah is not easy for me..lately i have been trying to have a different state of mind..:)

Keep getting those erect stretches in and keep working to reduce the fat pad, these are the two fastest ways to a long NBP dick!
 
I also have EQ issues when I do PE too much. I don't like to kegel, but what has worked for me in the past has been to wet jelq at a high erection level. When I jelq regularly my EQ goes through the roof.
