Hello! I have recently started to try learn the slow squash jelq, i jelq for 10minutes before i do them. I have seen erect bends and they basically look the same as erect bends, what is the difference? Also i wonder how you isolate the ssj to target the different parts on your penis, base girth for example.

SSJ targets the whole penis,because you start from the base of the penis n below the glans creating amazing expansion!!im a great fan of those but i havent done them in a while:p

DLD bends are fine too but you have to be careful while bending IMHO:)

Bending can be a surprise and don't try and do it so suddenly

i usd to spend 30 mins whit the SSJ great experiences i had...just get some good ���� but dont shoot until you have finished your session..
 
I mean, by looking at the photos in the slow squash jelq thread it seems like you bend your penis down while clamping. That's pretty much what you do with erect bends? Only that you use different directions. Or have i missed the difference? That was more what i meant by what the difference is? 😊 Thank you for answers.

Erect bends are in every direction and don't have the jelq motion while slow squash jelqs are an erect bend downward with the jelqing motion.
 
Bends provide focused expansion on the side that is bending out. Ssj are trying to distribute expansion across the whole shaft.

You apply both grips (one ok grip at the base, and another ok just before the head) trapping blood in the middle of the grips.
Step two is to squash that blood into itself by pushing the grips together. You can wiggle both grips to get a better squash, but always be careful that you have control of the movement.

the newbie strtechings,how bored i was stretching my penis LOL. i think the erect bends is one of them LOL

You may get bored but they're still both best to be implemented.

Ahh I thought erect bends gave an expansion as well.

They will bring girth gains but the SSJ is far superior. DLD Bends I created to combat curvature and add girth.

Alright thanks, I think I've been doing erect bends by mistake then since I fixed my curve unconsciously.

Why do you keep adding LOL at the end? Just curious. Friendly competition is okay. Just don't go overboard and boast and crap.
 
mmm I think if people knew about what we do theyd think is a funny thing...going overboard? no idont think id evr go overboard,im not that kind of person..


Im more into give myself a pat on my back,i need to encourage myself is an everyday thing...
