I haven't been doing any pe the last couple of years, but 6 or 7 months ago I started wearing a cock ring at work. Not as a form but just because I like the feeling. Then a month ago just for fun I measured and found that I had gained 0.5 cm in length! I was so happy I hadn't done any pe but I couldn't really let go of the idea of having a longer cock. My current gf already have trouble handing my girth so she doesn't know anything about my pe. So I really only want the length not girth. I really hadn't thought that the cock ring could give me length but it looks like it has happened. As soon as I saw the gain I started thinking about how I could get further gains from this "routine". So I went out and bought some new silicone cock rings and continued wearing one every day at work. I'm not completely sure that this is what has gotten me the gain but I will give it at leased 6 months more and see what happens. I haven't only seen a growth in erect length, I am pretty sure I've grown in my flacid size too.
I'm creating this thread to document my progress and hopefully some gains too.

Great results and even better knowing its accidental. The cock ring worn all day, otherwise known as ADC (All day clamping) works by slowing blood flow in the penis and expanding it, so during the day your penis must have been expanding more than it would without it and over the 6-7 months it has grown.
 
Thanks both of you, it means a lot coming from you. I too believe it is a kind of adc, but I didn't think as small a pressure would result in any permanent gains. I'm just hoping I can keep it up, 0.5 cm per half year ain't bad.

Looks comfortable and effective. Do some DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters and tie that fat fucker up:)

I bought a set of 6 silicone rings from a netstore. But as I'm from denmark I can't really give you any usefull links.

I love those cock rings, much better using something like that which has some give to it than a solid piece like a sea or cable clamp, which are more for the actual clamping workout. Hopefully MOS will have something sorted out in the weeks ahead with a supplier of stuff like that.

I'm noticing something at the end of a work week, my dick get more spongy and elastic. It's not that it is hanging very big but I feels like it has more give and can be stretched long than normal. Is this something any of you guys have tried?

I have the same thoughts I've never really liked the solid rings. If I want a proper clamp effect while flacid it has to be very thight and hurts if I get a erection. So I go for the flexible ones. But they do have some problems with skin piching.

Yeah the one you got are the best kind. The other kind have those sharp edges if left on for awhile start hurt. Mine CR is like that and it hurt taking it off, it dig into the skin after wearing it too long.

I'm going go to the sex shop and buy the ones you got on it the pics.
