Die tägliche Gabe eines PDE-5-Hemmers (Cialis, Viagra) ist für viele Männer eine neue Behand-lungsmöglichkeit. Davon profitieren besonders Männer mit organischer ED, also mit arteriellen Durch-blutungsstörungen (nach SKIT) (Quelle: Prof. Porst).
Dabei werden täglich 50 mg Viagra zur Nacht eingenommen (Sommer et al, Asian J Androl 2007 Jan.; 9; 134 - 141) oder aber es werden täglich einmal 5 mg oder 10 mg Cialis eingenommen (Porst et al, European Urology 50 [2006] 351-359). Tägliche EinnaHydromaxe von Cialis führt am 5. Tag zu einem konstanten Wirkstoffspiegel, d. h., dass es ab dem 6.Tag nicht mehr zu einer Erhöhung oder Akkumu-lation (Anreicherung im Körper) kommt. Die sog. Akkumulationsrate beträgt 1,6 – 1,7. Das bedeutet, dass eine tägliche EinnaHydromaxe von 10 mg Cialis ab dem 5.Tag einer einmaligen EinnaHydromaxe von 16 – 17 mg entspricht (Quelle: H. Porst; Tadalafil – Therapiestrategien bei ED; ISBN 3-936993-13-0 ; 2004 Aesopus Verlag); die EinnaHydromaxe von 5 mg Cialis entspricht danach einer EinmaleinnaHydromaxe von etwa 8 mg.
Die chronische Gabe von Viagra (Behr-Roussel, Eur. Urol. 2005 (47) 87-91) oder Cialis (Rosano, Eur. Urol. 2005 (47) 214-222) verbessert die Funktion von Endothel- und Gefäßen deutlich. Für Levitra gibt es in der Literatur noch keine Angaben, aber es ist anzuneHydromaxen, dass auch mit diesem Medika-ment vergleichbare Ergebnisse erzielt werden.

The daily intake is 50 mg Viagra before sleep, or daily 5- 10 mg cialis.
The daily intake of cialis leads to a constant concentration (accumulation) level of cialis after the fifth day !!!!!!
After the sixth day there is no accumulation anymore.
The rate of accumulation is 1,6 - 1,7 . That means that a daily intake of 10mg cialis , after 5 days, EQUALS a single dose of 16 - 17mg. (Or for example the intake of 5mg after the fith day equals 8mg)
The daily intake of viagra or cialis improoves the functions of the endothel and vessels SIGNIFICANTLY. For levitra there is no evidence as of yet, but it can be speculated that, with levitra the effects will be the same !!!
