I have been working whit erect jelqs for about two months and before that iwas jelquin flaccid until iread that erect jelquin was the truth Anyway im gonna continue until the end of the year and even in 2015. But i was wondering when the exercise gets uneffective, and the penis cant give no more surprises.how long does it take before any exercise becomes lets say"uneffective"
 
Everyone reacts differently. For me, they've never been that effective.
 
impossible to say. is jelqing the only PE exercise you are doing? how often do you jelq? how long and how many jelqs do you do? have you seen any positive effects from jelqing? have you made any gains?

like Dmoney they have never been effective for me either
 
mmm maybe some girth and two interesting veins on every side of my penis but in lenght not really i have started whit stretchings but ihavent seen gains gonna stretch for whats left of the year and maybe next year and see if i get gains if not gonna switch to different exercises.
 
For me jelqs worked for two months and then i gripped before the glans and jelq let it expand more release the grip at the glans after 2 seconds and continue the jelq
 
Any exercise will become ineffective once your penis adapts to the stress so you allways want to step up the intensity or time of the exercise or superset it with other exercises to increase stress to the penis.

For me, I'm jelquing for 2 years now and I'm still growing in girth from it even I don't want any more girth at this point, however I got the best gains when I added other exercises into the mix like Uli#3 that I feel did wonders for both length and girth.

Try this: 5min erect dry jelq followed by 1 60s hold Slow Squash Jelq or Horse440 and then repeat the cycle and add time at about 2-3 min every week until you get to 45min the report your stats in 3 months

Jelqing will be good for the beginner and will bring great initial gains but eventually you will need to increase the intensity and the jelq can only be so intense. From here you will need to use a more powerful girth exercise to continue gaining. The SlowSquashJelq would be the next exercise I suggest when gains start to slow down.
 
Always interesting to read how different the experiences with the various exercises are. I'd love if the jelq would still provide with sufficient growth stimulus because I love this exercise.
In my case the jelq delivered enough intensity for about 2 months. That's when I started to combine it with SSJs, I finally dropped the jelq altogether as a basis exercise 3 months later
 
I used to jelq for stiffness but kegels a better for so. Nigga sat u don't superset ssj with anything.
Also I find growth stimulus as one with diversion tactic

Yeah, there is no stopping the SlowSquashJelq, since I invented this exercise a while ago I have to say that I have been hard pressed to develop another exercise with the intensity that the SSJ delivers.

Because I feel the SlowSquashJelq is superior to anything I can further improve on, at least not now. It is really the perfect girth exercise.
 
the only method to increase intensity beyond SSJ level is to superset with other exercises or to make it a compound movement like doing bent circles and stuff. Of course, you can do everything clamped if you want. I've withstood from clamping until now because it would still be too intense for my dick but others (like Zartan, one of the Mos girth legends) swear on clamped SSJs.

Also SRT size blasters work as great girth exercise for me.

Yup, The SRT Size Blaster is a great exercise to superset SlowSquashJelqs with. I do this every night before stretching and I can feel the unreal expansion and elongation. I am always much larger after training with these.

From my experience, jelqs stopped working for me after a week but I still do them because I think it helps my length inside the mityvac. I went up in length inside the mityvac few days after adding jelqing to my routine.

I now jelq 20 mins right before my pumping session. When pumping, I do the 8x8x3 routine which is pumping and SSJ.
