I've been in the pe game a little over a year now. I've made decent gains but there have been several times where I took over a month or so off straight, with no pe performed whatsoever. I could kick myself because I know I lost some uncemented gains and obviously my progress would be much further along, had I simply remained disciplined and consistent. Here's the deal, these past couple weeks I've been a clamiping fiend. My normal clamping routine was for one hour. The first twenty minutes I just do mad kegels and maintain my erection. The last forty minutes I do a lot of clamped bends and manual compressions.

For about a week and a half I was extending my sessions to 1 1/2 hours, or 1 hour in the morning and another at night. For the last 4 days I did 5 1 hour sessions spread through out the day. I must emphasized that when I clamp I go all out. When I do the bends and compression I go way past discomfort and definetlty keep it in the "no pain no gain mode". I bend and squeeze to the max and hold at each exercise from 30 seconds to 1 minute. The pain can get so intense that I get short of breath, no joke. Normally my max clamped girth was just over 6 3/4" mid shaft, just over 7" at the base. These last few days I shattered that, clamped I hit just over 7 1/4" midshaft and just over 7 1/2" base. My fnbpl went from 6" to 7". My midshaft went from 5 3/4"fg to 6"fg.

I also did something new these last couple weeks at my compression work. When clamped I've always gripped the shaft with both hands at the left and right sides and just squeezed like hell. I could never perform the same exercise gripping the top and underside though. The angle was too awkward and it was painfull even for me because my grip would always slip and the skin would hurt like hell. Now if someone has already posted on what I'm about to say forgive me for not knowing about it and don't think I'm just some asshole trying to take credit for your ideas. To work the top and underside of the shaft at compression first I tried squeezzing my shaft in a thick hardback book. No dice, wrong angles and both sides of the cover would just give and bend. I looked around my house to see what I had that might work. Ideally two pieces of 1" thick board the size of a medium book would have been great, but I didn't have anything like that at hand. Then I thought how about using two standard video cassetes in their cases. They kicked ass. After using them in my clamp work I had finally found a solution to work the the top and underside of the shaft. After a 30-45 second hold my cock was flattend all out and wide. It hurts like a bitch, at least with the amount of pressure I put forth, but damn if it doesn't work. If no one else has come up with this already I'd like to refer to it as the VTC (videotape crush). Girth fans, you gotta try this.;)

Now my wife just got back in town last night and when we tried to go at it, I couldn't get a full erection and that sucked. This is normal, as any veteran clamper will know, to happen if sex is tried directly after a strong clamping session. I had just finished my 6th 1 hour clamping session of the day! I'm posting all this to see to if anyone else has done this much clamping a 24 hour period and if so how did it work out for them? Thanks a lot Red. I really appreciate your input positive feedback. I will do my best to be carefull, but I still want to keep up the intensity. When I do my extreme compression work I start the bend or squeeze slowly, but I always want to go for that burn once I'm in position. I'm still so pumped about the VTC's, I always was bothered in the past that I couldn't hit that angle effectively. Now that I can hit it, I squeeze the fuck out of it. LMAO I really should have mentioned in my previous post that back when I first started clamping (mid-summer last year) I couldn't do a clamped bend for nuthin'. With all those sessions, do you get a lot of fluid build up? I do when I do longer sessions.
 
Hey philadelph, like a mentioned in the beginning of this thread, fluid build up was minimal. My cock just got heavy and fat but not with fluid. When I first started clamping (mid-summer last year) that's when I would get more fluid build up.

im doing this right now, starting today.. I just did a 2 hour session (I actually had the time) and it was beautiful. No fluid build up since I jelqed and ejaculated after 30min then clamped for 2 hours straight... took a hot shower and its looking fabulous. I'm gonna do about an hour tonight.
 
I haven't had time to put in more than 3 seperate 1 hour sessions of clamping. My clamped erect girth reached just over 7" midshaft and 7 1/4" at the base. I've been bringing back my manual stretching assisted by a steelbar across the knees and a new contraption I thought up recently. My wife and I have a steel canopy bed which the importance of I will get to in a moment. The only things needed, other than than a solid base to hang from, are an oversized cockring ( I use a 3" one), some clothing or fabric ( I use a small hand towel), medical tape, and some high tension cord ( I use 550 cord, an all-purpose cord used in the military). I wrap the hand towel around the cockring to create a cusion around it and add width. Next I tie the 550 cord to the cock ring. In turn I secure the other end of the 550 cord to one of the top steel cross members of the canopy bed frame. I secure it with a slipknot for easy removal and give enough length for the cockring to line up with my cock. Violla, now you can use own body weight to stretch the hell out your cock at many variable angles. The first time I used this I got a deep and intense burn during streching, the good kind, the kind I remember when I first started strething. I clamped directly after and damn if I couldn't really feel the areas I had just stretched. It kind of hurt actually but I know I just need to tone it down a little as my body adapts. Has anyone else out there tried something similiar? It works great for me but different strokes for different folks.
 
I've been knocked back down to about 1-1 1/2 hours of clamping a day lately, just not enough time. On the the upside I still hit 7" midshaft EG and 7 1/4" EG at the base during these sessions. I know it's not cemented yet, but my regular EG is awful damn close to 6 1/2" now. I really want to make it a point to do heavy multiple clamping sessions at least twice a month. I know this is good to keep the whole "shocK" factor in my pe routine and push my gains. If anybody else out there is trying this let me know how it's turning out for you.
 
Mogli, that is just incredible. I really need to start clamping. Do you attribute the extra long sessions to the gains or do you think it could be done with less time?
 
Thanks ctmwm. I think the long sessions put my cock back in the "shock" mode it first experienced when I got started in pe and several months later when I started clamping. I responded very quickly to jelqing in the beginning but I have hardly done jelqs since. Once I started clamping that's all I did for girth work. I think that was a mistake on my part and I am slowly starting to incorporate jelging back into my routine. Clamping is just so much easier for me and less messy. I simply cannot do dry jelqs at all, I have to use vaseline. Otherwise my skin stretches too much and it hurts like a s.o.b. Variety is the spice of life as they say so I think the more varied the routine the better the gains. I do alot of clamped bends to correct my slight left bend at the top of my shaft but lately I am becoming frustrated because I am simply not seeing much of an impact in the straightening of the curve. Though I know took several months off and it put me back, still I've been in this game a little over a year now. I was hoping to be a straight arrow by now. >:(

However have realistic expectations, not be negative but we dont all gains so brilliant as Mogil in such a quick time frame.
Do it reguler and consistant for many months and you'll see the magic.
 
What I'm wondering is how black and blue your dicks are getting compared to manual work? That's the main thing that's got me away from clamping right now. I get a hell of a lot more discolored (dark as hell) from clamping exercises vs. manual exercises and the pump is about the same. However, this idea with the video cassettes sounds really cool. May go grab a couple next time I'm at the store.
 
I think the discolouration issue isnt something that happens in everyone.
I myself dont get discolouration, yet again I've been doing it years so that might be why...and from seeing your pix clamped still, yeah its bad colour you get but thats not everyone, maybe it never has or never will agree with you? constriction that is.
Shame really, cos its the best girth method I've ever used and one can do more and go more intense in constriction techniques than with manuel ones.

Hey Smoky, I just want to clarify something. I don't think I gained 1/2" in just five days. You have to remember I've been clamping for about a year now. I just feel that these extended sessions helped push my gains that were already forming. Just my personal theory but I feel it is accurate. I believe I've heard others here speak of gains just seeming materializing out of the blue which they in fact believed to be the fruition of long and hard work finally paying off. Can anybody out there collaborate this? Hey still, I'm sorry to hear this didn't work out for you. Did you feel that it just wasn't effective or was there too much discomfort? I always want to pick the minds of the vets on this forum. I forget what you call it but that uppershaft and glans builder technique you posted way back, where you manually clamp at the uppershaft with one hand and push down on the glans with the other towards the opposing hand? I've been doing that while clamped and it kicks ass. Good stuff.
 
Well, I've been at Penis Enlargement since April. I'm pretty active on the mens network forum. I like browsing the other forums to get other persepctives and learn as much as possible. I think clamping might be a good way to break through to 5" mid shaft... I'll be damn excitited when I do that.
