Hey,
I've been Penis Enlargementing for nearly two years. My length seems to have improved over 1 and a half inches, but my girth seems to still be lagging at 4 3/4" mid shaft and 5 inches at the base.
My usual mode of operation is
50 semi hard slow Jelqs
2 sets of Bends in each direction
~or~
3 ULIS or 3 HORSES
20 minutes of 2 second Jelqs
My erections/strength is great due to morning kegals and reverse kegels 1-2 times week. When I edge, I go to the point where im about to cum and them squeeze for 30 seconds and continue to do this 3 or 4 times.
Could you please manipulate this routine for me? How much should I do? Any cool exercises I can look up on the forums.
