Whatever exercise you perform for stamina, make sure that you're inducing those "skin splitting" erections. That is what's going to stretch those tissues out and maximize your EQ. If you're capable of inducing rock hard erections but fail to so so for your stamina training, you're cheating yourself.

Kegels and abstinence from ejaculation is what I think is best. I've not ejaculated for 5 days now. I like the way I feel and how I'mgetting erect easily. I'm also doing lots of kegels.
