When I get erect, I have a feeling that my cock is able to receive MORE blood, so I am looking for best way to raise EQ, and also I know that the kegels are best way, but there is surely another thing to implement for EQ.
Any suggestions?
 
this is DLDs pc muscle routine, im sure this will help



100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
 
A healthy lifestyle and diet is probably the absolute best thing you can do to raise your eq.

Exercise, eat right, very little alcohol or drugs, lots of sleep, low stress levels. Along with a shitload of kegels and reverse kegels.

You could also go a step further and take male enhancement pills periodically.
 
Erection quality can be increased through kegels but there are other ways too like BathMate pumping, Edging, abstinence from ejaculation and general girth work. Kegels help the most because they force blood into the penis with every squeeze. It is good to practice kegels as explained above because the short burst of squeezes help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles while the longer squeeze and hold help you hold the blood longer in the penis. This eventually becomes a subconscious practice that when you are in sexual situations you will automatically squeeze in as much blood as possible and have the endurance to hold it there giving the best erections possible. Pumping helps to bring a great deal of blood into the penis and when you practice the longer squeeze and holds it continues to build greater and greater erection quality. Edging performs a similar function. All of these methods greatly depend on stronger pelvic floor muscles so the best place to start is with the general kegel routine and practice this daily.

so interesting how PE effects mens EQ differently. All PE makes my awesome EQ even more awesome. only once did over pumping years ago hurt my EQ for a couple days.
 
I dont know what THE FUCK IS HAPPENING, I was edging today and I have noticed my EQ drops a bit, that pissed me off a lot, maybe I am just overreacted but hell I want my eq back as sson as possible, now I understand why eq drives the nuts out if cock isn't hard, man worse thing could not happen to one PE'er

My erection drops something when edging and moreso after I'm done. It usually happens after I have kegeled a shit load. I just do some heli or up-down shakes and I'm able to achieve %90+ erection again.

And yes, it's interesting how different the reactions are. I for my part had an EQ boost when I began jelqing initially, but after some time girth work in general had a negative effect. flaccidly performed Length exercises never had any effect on my EQ at all, be it positive or negative and I also simply just don't understand how it could. Maybe there were other factors in the game that influenced EQ of those who think that stretching affected it.
Idk, in the case of girth work it makes perfect sense that it does have an impact because it exhausts the erectile tissue as well as it generally raises the overall blood flow in the penis. My best guess is that these two effects correlate in specific ways, while in each case one outweighs the other for the better or the worse (they may neutralize each other in some cases). With this hypothesis in mind, I'd be on the side of those who suffer from more exhaustion. this would be supported by the fact that I easily get red spots even when I'm warmed up well>the erectile tissue of my dick just can't take that much. Question for me is: how can I counteract this effect successfully and is this possible at all (Kegels don't cut it!)? I mean, if the tissue is exhausted, then blood flow doesn't seem to be the main problem, i.e. can't solve it!? I wonder of there's anybody here who's familiar with the physiological phenomena that constitute "exhaustion of erectile tissue". I'd be very interested in it.

exactly the same for me mate i lose eq when im edging, i edge for an hour and i have to reverse kegel maybe 4/5 times at the ponr during the hour to stop myself for busting, but when i finally do decide to release i have a dry orgasm, i get the feeling and the spams like im cumming but nothing comes out :/ it freaks me out tbh lol

That is where you want to be in climbing the latter to male multiple orgasms. The trick is to not obsess over the dry orgasm, see it as a victory and try to keep that puppy hard. Once you can do this 2-3 times you have mastered it. Nothing better than lasting as long as you want in sex and deciding when you will cum. You will come off as Superman to all women!

Yes, I have completely mastered this. I have not been able to use this ability since my girl left me but when she was here I was a non-stop machine in bed.
