So, I searched for similar exercises that may have already been similarly professed, and haven't been able to sort through the 11 pages in the Bathmate section of the forums, so I'll go ahead and digress.

Recently while I've been pumping with the Bathmate, I've been using the expressive stretching technique and have stumbled upon a potentially new type of stretching to help aid in the "sway" of the penis when erect. Personally my ligament seems to be longer on the left shaft at the base, than the right - as a result of probably always "wearing" my penis on the right side since I was a young strapping lad and had discovered boners - and also it seems to "twist" in a dynamic nature towards where the right side seems to be "rolling" to a natural state of asymmetry. However, when I flex my PC muscle it straightens out, but still always leans, and it never really bothered me too much, and still doesn't, but any new technique always intrigues me.

So, with the Bathmate securlely suctioned, and with an erect penis, you basically "twist" the Bathmate from left to right - or vise-verse - to achieve an expressive stretch that doesn't necessitate the "pulling out" feeling while practicing the normal expressive stretches used with the Bathmate, like up down left right.

I just started to do this exercise, but would also be grateful to hear others feedback and potential experiences with this exercise. Anyone done this before?

Here's a picture of that which I am referring about the "twist"": Except in my case, I'd be going from right to left to correct the "sway to the right", whereas if you had a "sway to the left", you'd follow the diagram as shown below.

Little update -

After a couple days of doing this expressive twist stretch using my Bathmate, I've noticed that putting on the Bathmate requires some special care for this stretch because you are essentially twisting your cock while it's suctioned, and as a result some of the skin on your sack and pube area will twist as well, which can be quite uncomfortable and prevent the Bathmate from stretching as far as I wanted.

So, to combat this annoyance, I started in the Bathmate fully erect, but I didn't pump to full pressure. I essentially pumped as low pressure as I could, and slowly started twisting, and while holding the Bathmate at the new angle, would slowly pump more pressure up, to allow for a greater pull. It takes a few pumps and twists to fully get comfortable in the stretch without pulling too much skin, and a little experimentation is all that's needed to do this effectively.

As far as whether this stretch is actually working, I'll need more time, however, I felt a huge burn deep in my ligament after doing this for a few sets between regular pumping. So far I am confident, and will post progress as I go.
 
Pretty interesting concept. However, if I'm understanding correctly, it seems to be less of an expressive stretch and more of a process to lengthen the shortest ligament to become the same length as the other ligament.

I used to notice the same thing as you, that my penis would slightly sit twisted flaccid or lean off to one side when erect. This was before doing Penis Enlargement though. I honestly haven't noticed it much since. It may be that I simply haven't noticed, but it seems to have been corrected by doing normal Penis Enlargement.

My guess is when you do any kind of ligament stretch, it's going to pull on both ligaments, unless of course you have one that is shorter/tighter than the other. As you continue to stretch, the stretches will focus on that ligament more until they eventually even out and then you will be stretching both equally. So I think this can be fixed by simply doing length work as well, but I think your idea is another option.

Let me/us know if you find any other benefits to this exercise.

This is the shit my Brothers! What a creative POWERFUL exercise! Every man that has a pump needs to try, it is the icing on the cake for DLD Expressive Hardcore Stretches! Create super-sets within these two expressive exercises and watch the gains come!

Yezir! In the twist it is similar to doing a bundled stretch, it stretches vertically by twisting horizontally. Since we are in the pump, the concentration of the twist is at the base and below, causing Expressive Stretching. Now, it is important to make this part of the Hardcore Stretching workout, not a replacement. This exercise will work very good with the pulling of the Hardcore Stretches.

So a good routine for Expressive Stretching using this method and the Hardcore Stretches would be something like:

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Twist to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds

Twist to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down Twist to Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down Twist to Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Seriously guys this will make your ligaments really burn, and so be carefuld with yourselves. :) I feel confident that this specific stretch is helping with the rolling/twisting effect that can occur from the "wearing your penis on one side" problem that some guys face.

AndroidR, my ligaments are even on both sides so it seems, it just looks like one is longer because of the sway when erect, and when I squeeze my PC muscle it straghtens out, it's not like Peyronies. My bad for miscommunicating, but like all things I try to incorporate any new exercise that may help I some way. Try it!

I absolutely love it and I have another addition that I think will make many men very happy! The new FleshLight I just received for review is pretty freaking awesome as an edging tool but taking your advice I tried the twist in my FleshLight and WOW! What a stretch! I will have a full review tonight on video.
