Hey, I'm back, and I did a bit more research.

Saline injections do nothing for loads. They are only to make their balls temporarily bigger. What they also do is inject fake cum into the bladder and then piss it out. Most of the internet videos you see do this. Whether or not they also do the saline injection trick or not. Look how watery it often is and how fluidly it comes out. Some guys have natural huge loads, but not like the ridiculous videos.

The many random things people say to try are frustrating, because often they work for some people and not most others. I think it's because it was the one thing that person was missing, but not everything there is. I looked through numerous studies to help filter out the hearsay and confusion. As far as I can tell here is precisely what affects load size:
1. Testosterone, prolactin and *lowered* DHT in the seminal vesicles. Specifically the process of converting testosterone into estrogen in the seminal vesicles. With good hormone receptor response. Water, lecithin and zinc, because that's what semen is primarily made of.
2. However "in the seminal vesicle" means you need luteinizing hormone to actually get these hormones into your seminal vesicle and not just your blood.
3. Excessive prolactin reduces luteinizing hormone which in turn reduces testosterone. So you need a balance. Dopamine lowers prolactin and vis versa. I used a dopamine herb for a while and got smaller loads unlike other stories I read, which was confusing. I believe this is why: you actually need more prolactin, but reducing it is highly beneficial in some success stories because excessive prolactin kills sex hormones hard. Boosting luteinizing hormone in other ways, besides raising dopamine/lowering prolactin, can help.
4. Abstaining creates the biggest boost for the first 48 hours, then the benefit diminishes greatly after that. Though it keeps building up slowly even for a month.
5. In spite of wild internet claims and videos, in studies the most they observe is 15 mL (3 tsp), and usually it only goes up to 6-10 mL (1-2 tsp) in the top 5-10%. 2-3 mL is average (1/2 tsp).

Now for how to increase those:
- Testosterone: Produced in the testicles. You can increase it indirectly with a luteinizing hormone and receptor sensitivity booster. An aromatase inhibitor can help you squeeze more out of the testosterone in the seminal vesicles. I found many good studies behind button mushrooms for this but you'd have to eat a lot. I'm trying out arimistane which claims to be one. It has an extremely obvious effect on orgasms so it seems legit. Many herbal and drug methods are based indirectly on testosterone.
- Lower DHT: Saw palmetto extract is good for this. So no SP doesn't hurt, it helps. DHT is a form of testosterone, but it's a problem for loads, hair loss and many other male issues.
- Hormone Receptor Response: Something with saponins such as 2,000 mg 50% saponin fenugreek or shatavari extract.
- Luteinizing hormone: Increase hormone receptor response boosts LH response too, or an anti-estrogen such as clomid or another SERM drug. An anti-prolactin helps too which is great for libido, but it's a mixed bag for the over goal of huge loads. Nitric oxide is also essential for this to work right, which is why so many recipes include L-arginine. It's the source of NO. But you need to take so much that it's easier to get L-arginine from meat and nut protein. Horny Goat Weed likewise boosts dopamine and nitric oxide. Many of the herbs out there boost either dopamine or hormone receptor response. The hormone/drug HCG imitates LH.
- Zinc: 30 mg or eat lots of oysters. Other sources are beef, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds, but you need to eat quite a lot. In the short term many people benefit from 200 mg, but long term that's too much. They probably benefited because they were low in zinc. Then they say, wow, this pill is amazing. When really it had almost nothing except a boatload of zinc.
- Lecithin: Take 7,000-10,000 mg or eat 2-3 eggs a day. Specifically the yolk.
- Water: Well spread out is better than downing full glasses at once.
- Prolactin: This is the one I'm stuck on. Most cases of naturally high prolactin come from a benign pituitary tumor. These are likely the cause of people who randomly start getting huge loads overnight: random tumor or dopamine burnt out on drugs leading to high prolactin. Also why these drugs usually kill libido instead, because too much prolactin usually kills the production of other hormones. There are a few drugs that raise prolactin. Most of the herbs that supposedly raise prolactin only do so in women, because they are actually the hormone receptor response herbs and these women are already making a lot of prolactin. Male bodybuilders have done bloodtests after using these herbs out of fear of raised prolactin, but find it unchanged. The only herb I found that lowers dopamine / raises prolactin is 50-125 mg vitex (not more). Raising estrogen can also raise prolactin, but obviously men don't want that. Jacking off creates a brief prolactin spike after its done, but dopamine during, and too much jacking off could be a problem.

I did find someone who went from a tiny dripping load and ho-hum masturbation to a huge load, easily more than �naked people movies� stars he said, along with such insane long lasting orgasms that it was difficult to move. He was a little afraid at first. I think what made him different from others was the prilosec and red clover. Here is what he took:

Soy Lecithin - 6 caplets, 1200mg each = 7,200mg per day.
Saw Palmetto - 6 caplets, 450mg each = 2,700mg per day. Everything I found in 450 mg was not an extract. This is equal to about 340 mg of extract.
Red Clover - 9 caplets, 425 mg each = 3,825mg per day. This is a mild estrogen imitator, but it's also a strong aromotase inhibitor. So it wouldn't be a first choice, but studies show small amounts actually cause a benefit to male sex drive. 425-500 mg might be plenty instead of what this guy took, but even 3,825 mg isn't a ton.
Black Cohosh Extract - 3 caplets, 80mg each = 240mg per day. Like fenugreek or shatavari this increases hormone receptor response.
Prilosec = 20 mg. Increases prolactin. Problem is its main purpose is to decrease stomach acid, which may not be good for everyone. And by itself the increased prolactin causes sexual problems. But the above fixed that.

He added the saw palmetto last and that is what suddenly set him off to the extreme. Far more than anyone else taking saw palmetto alone though. I think once his testosterone couldn't easily convert into DHT nor estrogen it got stuck in a loop. Attempting to convert testosterone into estrogen over and over again while failing to expend much of the testosterone (this process is when semen is made). And the prolactin and black cohosh kept his hormone receptors responsive instead of desensitized. The black cohosh may have played a smaller part.


Just my best guesses though. Most men try to avoid prolactin because by itself it kills the sex drive hard. More people would have to try this out to see if it works for them. I'm going to try vitex since I found out my other prolactin herbs don't actually work, though it's weak. Maybe a little prilosec since I found out it's over the counter, but I like having stomach acid. I originally thought it was prescription because of a name mixup. That plus the arimistane. So we'll see what happens. But if anyone else wants to join in try this: lecithin, saw palmetto extract, arimistane (or red clover if you dare), 600-2,000 mg 40-50% saponin shatavari extract (or black cohosh extract at amount above). Plus something to raise prolactin, up to you. Avoid any dopamine boosting herbs like mucuna pruriens, horny goat weed or ginseng. Again, I think those that got major results from those alone are the rare few with extreme prolactin overproduction.

Prolactin doesn't lead to moobs btw. That often comes from a mixup with estrogen and progesterone, which do. Mainly estrogen. The biggest fear from too much prolactin is a dead sex drive (but everything else above increases sex drive). So if yours goes way down instead of shooting through the roof and way past, then it may be time to give up.

That was a big post from surferjoe with good points. I concur with GottaGetAGrip about Sunflower lecithin though; usually available in more organic form and there's been some studies pointing about soy not being good on men.

Concistency is the key and like surferjoe mentioned, 48 hours are "magic." But one can build up a good load in shorter timespan though. Hydration is an important point, surferjoe mentioned that as well.
I think partially the state of arousal also has to do with the amount of your load and of course good PC / kegel muscles are important for shooting a big load.
 
Another reason for me to look for sunflower lecithin :), I haven't found it at my local health food store yet.

So, for the past week I've noticed that my loads are much thicker and heavier in volume. I'm not absolutely sure which of my supplements in my current stack are responsible. I have though, been religiously doing the testicle massage twice a day too.

I take every morning:

-maximum strength garlic pills (deodorized) 500mg
- Maca with Ginseng
- 2 tbsp of flaxseed oil
- Gingko Bilbao 120
- 2 cups of Matcha
- Zinc 50mg

I ran out of Sunflower Lecithin, I think this made me precum a lot more than increase my loads. However, just last week I started taking the minimal dose of a "Super Prostate Health" proprietary blend (my fellow Canucks will see this at a Rexall drugstore in a blue bottle) and I think it might have something to do with that. It contains:

Saw Palmetto 160mg
Nettle 75mg
Turmeric 25 mg
Rye Flower 25 mg
Pgyeum Africanism 25 mg

Anyone know if any of those ingredients above, would contribute to having a larger load? I have never came in the past like I came this week.

Sure. But has anyone tried these pills? I discovered recently that something I saw as scam for better sleep at night and energy at day was indeed a great product and worked for me.
Give a chance to the product. If I hadn't have the will to try PE and buy some (expensive) stuff, I would never had gotten my gains.

Ever since I read that I've been treating flaxseed oil as a supplement. But, I get it, I use it on my salads.

If you use the whole seed and grind it fresh or the cold-pressed oil - I still do not see it as a supplement.
That's like saying olives and olive oil are supplements.

Maca, ginseng, flaxseed oil, ginkgo biloba, zinc, saw palmetto do.

The sudden increase in only 1 week is most likely from ginseng, ginkgo biloba, zinc and/or saw palmetto. Don't know which one(s), though zinc or ginseng is more likely. The others are more of a 10-50% boost on top of that, nothing dramatic. However I suggest you drop the ginseng and replace it with 100:1 tongkat ali since ginseng decreases prolactin. The tongkat ali should work similarly without lowering your prolactin. Also decrease zinc to 30 mg in the long term to be safe, which should still be plenty (and more was fine short term). Either you corrected a zinc deficiency or excessively high prolactin with ginseng, however overly corrected prolactin can shrink your loads. And if you leave prolactin high while working around the drawbacks of prolactin with something like tongkat ali, you can have even larger loads I think. All this is on prolactin still my best untested guesses though.

As for my stack I still haven't tested taking it consistently because the arimistane seems to cause sexual anxiety, almost like a need for relief rather than a want. The orgasms are overwhelming, but I become irritable until I get the relief.

No different than garlic seasoning vs garlic supplements, etc. Really most supplements that don't come from a whole food or herb tend to be bunk. As are those that are taken like drugs rather than foods. Like when you put 25 mg whole garlic, and not garlic extract, into a pill. 4 drops garlic, waste of time. Or likewise useless is an alpha tocopherol vitamin E pill instead of a whole food mixed tocopherol & mixed tocotrienol source. Etc. There's no difference between real supplements and great food.

I have no idea what the "size" of my load is, since I always cum in a tissue.
But I think at least one girl told me it was a lot.
 
If you want to use tongkat ali, just make sure you get the real stuff. Buying root instead of capsules is the safest way to make sure that your supply is genuine. Otherwise, what you will get is root powder sold as extract, or low potency sold as 1:200, or some rice flower laced with analogues of prescription drugs. If you care for your health, buy whole roots or chipped roots and consume tongkat ali as tea.
