I have been doing Penis Enlargement now for about 2 months now ( 8 weeks ) and haven't noticed any gains in neither erect length or flaccid length, nor any gains in girth.

My routine is done in the shower, 2 days on and 1 day off.

10 minute warm up
10 minute stretch (DLD First Routine Stretches)
10 minute jelq
5 minute warm down

Am I just an extremely slow gainer or am I doing something wrong, because like I said I haven't noticed any gains in neither erect length or flaccid length, nor any gains in my girth.

Check out some of the videos. They did wonders for me. I realized that my intensity was no where near what was needed for strong gains.
 
What intensity are using?
How erect are you during girthwork?
Are you using good effort?
Stretches intense and going far?

Lost of questions I know but you need to place allot of intensity and effort into this. The erection quality needs to be full or at around 80% minimum when doing girth work such as jelqs, I dont care what others say about doing jelqs at low erection and not fully erect, they are just afraid and it doesn't work nearly as effective doing it fully erect.

If I was you I'd change to a new routine and get some intensity going. Look over the many routines in our members routine and progress section or you can checkout a thread I authored with various routines inside here.
 
Don't know how good it is working for you, but I can't imagine getting a good stretch inside the shower because of slipping. Try to do the at least the stretches outside the shower with a bit baby powder for better grip. You'll notice the difference...

Well, my girth is currently 5 inches which isn't great, but I'm fine with it, but when I jelq I do it with around 60% erection, I guess I will do it at 80% now.

I am mainly looking to gain length tho, and when I do my stretches I stretch with semi force. I will I will ramp up the intensity tho.

After I warm up, I always take a towel and dry off and use baby powder.

Intensity and power used is usually the difference between slow gainers and fast gainers. When new guys start Penis Enlargement the biggest question is how much intensity to use and fear of hurting themselves. This needs to be explored by the user and limits need to be established, without enough power the stretching will be pointless. Slowly but consistently find your gaining zone.
 
When im doing stretches I pull almost as hard as I can... what limits me is the grip but I will try baby powder. Also I think the" behind the cheek" is the easiest to get really good intensity. Its not that difficult pull as hard as u can. It wont come off ;)
Now on jelqing I use the Bathmate and for some reason after 10 min I can only get about 50 to 60% erect. So I kinda jelq/stretched and hold the blood in the head. I also just love pulling the Bathmate with both hands just as hard as I can for around 30 seconds or so. The feeling is so good I know its growing my penis
I don't know about concrete gains but after 20 or 30 min with the Bathmate I have massive birth and hang lower but it usually goes away by the next day. I may have slight concrete gains.

Can I do length work after my girth routines or is that a bad idea. I want to do length girth length but am kinda afraid. 30 min with the Bathmate and jelq is all the girth I can handle for one day :)

BTC's are very powerful stretches indeed!
 
I recommend getting one of those hand squeeze exercisers....the ones with black handles. Keep it in your car and it gives you something to do at red lights (as well as kegels!). Hand strength definitely increased my grip and intensity. My hands were getting tired when I first started out, after using the hand grip for a couple months...no more hand fatigue.
