I will be doing a specific girth routine I just made up. This is the last routine I will try before giving up altogether in gaining girth for Penis Enlargement.

My stats are : 6.5 BPenis EnlargementL x 4.88

I've been doing girth work only since August religiously with no improvement whatsoever. That means I will be trying one last routine. This routine has no time minimum or maximum. As soon as I get to an unclamped workout expansion to go from 4.875 to 5.125 (.25 inches) I will clamp for 5 mins then end.

This is my workout. 1 30 second base squeeze, and then 30 second horse 440's in 30 second intervals for around 4 minutes. Then 5 mins of clamping. Then 4 minutes of horse 440's. THen 5 mins clamping, over and over until I reach my expansion goal. Last night I did this and after my 3rd clamping session, i reached the expansion. Tonight, i was in the middle of my 4th clamping session and I busted my load from trying to get hard since i got limp more than usual tonight. So tomorrow is a day off since i jerked off two days in a row and probably won't get strong wood.

5/13/05 I will start the new routine. My theory here is that if I get max workout expansion, I might gain. I've never consistantly gotten expansion to 5.125 post clamp religiously each workout. Some days it would be just over 5, some days it would be 5.1. Now, I'll see if by stretching my tunica to the max, I will make girth gains. If i make no gains after 1 month, I will reach my 1 year anniversary of Penis Enlargement and quit Penis Enlargement for good since Penis Enlargement doesnt work for me in terms of gaining girth.

I believe it doesn't work for everyone. I gained a little over an 1/8 in girth since I started almost a year ago.

Length, yes, I can gain that if i tried. Girth, nope, doesn't happen. Unless this theory holds up
 
Yea i get good expansion after my workouts. It seems that i have been gaining little by little, but not near as fast i as i would like. I tried wearing a c-ring the other day to keep a good flaccid hang but i had a nice little purple ring around the fella for about 5 days.

Maybe you should try to hit up my most recent girth routine. I was getting insane expansion with it. I'm 5 3/16 EG at circ scar and the post workout expansion while clamped was around 5.875 with doing width expansion also.
 
Try stretching the tunica before you even do your girth attack. Like, do some bundled stretches to get the elasticity of the tunica goin' then do your girth routine. Then do some bends while your clamped.

Thats pretty much the girth routine I'm doing now, except I throw in a few SSJ'sits been working alright but like you, I dont think I can gain girth for shit, which really sucks for us guys under 5", I think I could get 8" length by summer but I dont even want any more length till I can get some girth cuz my cock looks long and skinny....
anyway, try some SSJ, if anything they give good temporary expansion, which I cant get with anything else really.....
 
Hey a thread with guys that gain easy length but struggle with girth like myself. Smallguy I often stagnate at girth for like six months at a time it seems, even while doing girth attack style routines. I do believe you can make the gains though, they will just be slow coming, I wonder why our penises happen to gain like that. Hmmmm.... Anyway, I have found success with doing length work as well as girth at the same time, not girth attack, perhaps the tunica stretching theory has something to do with this, but it seems pretty good.
 
I get at least 0.5" expansion when exercising. Routine is as follows:
10 minutes of flaccid bends (known as "o-bends" on �other forum�)
10 minutes of strong Ulis/Horses
10 minutes of clamping.
By the time I get the clamp on, I'm up to 5.5", and after it's closer to 5.75". I haven't measured for a while, but I'm right around 5". I would strongly recommend o-bends, they're a great warm up, and reduce bruising as well as heavily working the inner penis - my flaccid girth is a good 5.5" after the 30 minute workout.
 
Just like Anon is doing, the ticket to girth is getting to your MAX expansion every workout. I have had a tough time gaining girth in the past, but once I learned this they seem to be slowly but steadily coming. If you haven't gotten to your max expansion, keep working out till you do. Eventually you should push past it.
 
You must stay consistant, and thats for like over a year with some guys.
Keep at it, push your girth past its max...expand it to its max.
With time, the penis WILL GROW.
You will go through stages where you'll get slight ED, but its the penis IMHO adjusting to the pe, and going through the stages.
Stick with it for 12 months from TODAY.
Do the routine, and stick with it mate.
I myself have nearly quiet Penis Enlargement, infact I sometimes NOW feel like saying 'Goodbye' to the forums and Penis Enlargement, because do I REALLY WANT A MASSIVE Penis EnlargementNIS.....the answer is YES I DO.....the major or critical question is, DO I WANT TO INVEST ALOT OF TIME INTO IT, or CAN I INVEST ALOT OF TIME INTO IT......answer being NO I CAN'T.
My job is too hectic, I dont have the time nor motivation to stick to a proper routine...if I did well........................................................................
Just hang in there, its a LONG ROAD mate....trust me, look at me...my length is pathetic IMHO, I'm now hovering at 8 inches BP, at one time I was 8.25 but lost it...I just cant seem to gain length well...it all boils down to COMMITMENT and DEDICATION, alongwith CONSISTANCY.
You must search in yourself, do you really want a larger penis?
If so than you must face, that its going to be a hard dogged path that has alot of fuckin hurdles eveywhere.
Not many men can jump high....I myself have fell but I keep getting up.
ONEDAY HOWEVER I WILL STAYDOWN, there's only so many falls a man can take...and if my length doesnt pick up via 2006 at the latest, than its goodnight Penis Enlargement.
All this is self inflicted, with regards to me....TIME is so scarce because of work BUT when I get the time I cant be arsed yet I want a massive penis.

Thanks for the support guys. But its so frustrating. I havent done a length routine since i did newb stretches in May of 04. I went from 5.75 bp to 6.5 or 6.6 in 3 months. I'm at around 6.0 NBP when at absolute full arrousal so I'm somewhere at average there. Length I know isn't a factor b/c with hard work, mostly everyone makes steady gains. But most of us have trouble with girth.

It really does make me wonder if i should continue b/c my only girth gains were in May and June of '04. I guess i'll stick with it for a while, but I dont know how much longer I can last. If i give up on girth, i'd definitely be doing an all length routine for a few months to a year, then maybe get back to girth. But my Penis Enlargement journey hasn't ended yet. Only girth might have ended.

You've got the right idea here, just drop the defeated loser attitude and you'll get you your girth gains in due time. :cool:
 
Sorry guys. Didn't mean to say 5/13/05. I meant this month, 4/13/05. Depending on how well it goes, i might not limit myself to just one last month of girth. I'm just did a 15 minute no edging or cumming jerk-off session to determine my maximum arrousal girth. It was very very slightly bigger than when i tried this routine a few days ago, so this might give me the motivation I need to have some confidence in my routine. Unfortunately, my routine makes me have to take out the measuring tape to determine when .25 inches expansion will occur. Here are my starting stats. Which me luck !

Below glans: 4.625
Right under circ scar: 4.8
Mid-shaft: 4.9
close to base: 5.25 -very accurate
actual base: 5.375 - not very accurate since it was hard getting tape around.

I decided to make so many measurements so that if any part of my shaft gains girth, b/c i want to know if ANYTHING gains girth. Wish me luck guys.
 
I had a lot of trouble gaining girth for a long time. I've been Penis Enlargementing since January 2005, and I found something that works for me though I can't guarantee for you. I'll explain my logic after I explain the exercise.

I call it the Tunica Targeter.

Do this in addition to (and probably after) regular hand clamping, jelqing, stretching etc.:

1. Lube up and get a 100% erection.

2. Squeeze the blood out of the head using a palm down grip.

3. Kegal to maintain pressure. You should notice a lot of pressure, your veins won't bulge, but you might see your dorsal lig flex.

4. With the other hand, slide an OK grip from the glans down to your base. Keep kegaling to maintain pressure.

5. One final kegal and Squeeze! Squeeze with the base OK gripped hand. I tend to slide up all my fingers, like a full handed jelq, in order to apply max pressure.

6. Hold for 10-30 seconds. Work up to 30, as usual with all Penis Enlargement.

7. When you're done, your dick will feel kind of strange. I know when I executed the squeeze well when my dick feels hard, but not engorged. Strange indeed. Rinse and repeat.

This may sound crazy, but it broke my plateau this winter. That and I have never gotten those damn purple spots from this exercise, even though I squeeze with all my strength (I recommend to still condition yourself though with standard clamping)! Here is my thinking:

Standard clamping exercises put an enormous amount of pressure on the skin and veinous tissue that is outside the tunica. This is an easy way to bust veins and get a black and blue spotted dick. After a while, that tissue conditions itself to take more pressure, and so advanced trainers don't get black and blue. This also somewhat explains temporary gains: you beat the hell out of the skin, so it swells up with blood trying to repair it. After a while, when the skin can take the punisHydromaxent, the advanced Penis Enlargementer will be able to apply enough pressure to really affect the tunica.

SO...

Because this is Penis Enlargement, we want to target the tunica! That is, pressurize it from the inside. In the body, blood generally flows to the extremities in arteries that are deeper in the body's tissue, then flows back to the heart via veins which reside on the outer tissue. So with the penis the blood flows to the head thought the corpus cavernosa and back to the body through the veins on the outside of the penis. By clamping the head first, blood gets trapped inside the tunica, where we want it. Then all that strength you apply to sqeezing will primarily target the tunica. This, I believe will yield more permanent grith, quicker, more efficiently.

Since I started doing this, my girth has been slowly but steadily climbing. Anyway this is a long-ass reply but I hope it helps. Also, I would welcome some Penis Enlargement vets to critique my method and maybe help make it better.
