I have another question and since I started this thread as a "questions" thread I figured I'd just put it here.
After someone does a stretch routine how soon after does an ADS need to be applied to achieve the best results. 5 mins 10 mins what? I know as soon as possible is best but what is the best time frame?
Example: I stretch with the LM in the morning. Afterwards I put on my VLC about 10 mins later to allow blood flow back into the glans. At night I stretch again with the LM and about 10 to 15 min afterwards I'm putting on the SG w/VLC mod. Do I need to be putting it into a sedatary stretch earlier than that or is it ok to give it a few minutes to allow blood flow back and is there a time frame that one could go past where you start losing the benefits of stretching with the LM?

I hope I'm asking this question right cause it's kinda hard to explain what I'm asking.
 
Temporary gains will stick around for a good while, and you can track them using you're bpfsl. So a few minutes won't make a difference

10 min should be ok...these temporary gains will stick for some time as templite said..even if you want to put the ADS 30 min after,it should be ok...give your penis a little stretching mini session and your temporary gains will come again..like let's say you have your stretching routine and you can't put the ADS right away..you put it after 30 min,or a bit more..at this point,stretch your dick a bit,to re-gain the temporary gains and put the ADS on..nothing fancy,stretch 10 sec left,10 right..etc..
 
Thanks for the responses. I can usually get my ADS on within about 10 mins of my stretch routine. I have to get good blood flow back to my glans after my routine so by the time I take off the LM and my wrap and get the blood flowing it usually takes about 10 mins.
I really need to work on my wrap more though. I need to figure out what to do with my "skin roll". It seems no matter how far from the glans I wrap, how tight I wrap, how much I pull the skin away from the glans as I wrap my wrap always ends up at the glans with a bunch of bunched up skin that kinda rolls over the glans causeing it to get an indention on my glans. So anyway I need to work on it.
 
Don't worry dude. Just put on your ADS device relatively soonish after training. You're doing a great job, keep it up!

Thanks, I'll definitely keep at it. Just need to fine tune my LM wrap. I tried to watch ADF;s videos in the wrapping forum but they wouldn't load. Tried Foxfire browser still didn't work. Must be something else wrong.

Master that technique bro! THE LM must offer such an amazing deep stretch!

The biggest reason men do not make gains or are slow with gains is because they can not keep up with the consistency. Dedication is the most effective tool in PE. And many men need to understand that this is not a 3 months project, this could take much time but in the end every second is worth it.

Yes it would. I'd like to see if it would help me with me with extra skin roll over. That's where I'm having the biggest problem. I've been using Youknowme123321 wrapping technique which is pretty good but even with that I still get the roll over which irritates the bunched up skin and the glans. I need to figure out how to keep that from rolling up. I've been trying different things but to no avail. Extra skin is great for expansion but a bitch for stretching.

Yeah I started off thinking this PE thing might work or may not. I gave it a shot. Saw results in 1 month. Continued and thought it was taking too long. I didn't think of PE much anymore it just became 2nd nature at 2 months. And I made gains.

It has to become habitual for longevity. One of the hardest parts of PE is getting into a consistent routine that becomes a daily habit, just like brushing your teeth or taking a shower.
