Empty, that is why you are not seeing results. You have to do the routine faithfully and regularly and not hit and miss. You say it doesn't work but you didn't work. Privacy, you can find time to do what you want. It takes a hour a day every day to work and the first month you will see results. But not 2 days on and three days off. Get up early or go to bed late. Go someplace where you can find privacy. Jelqing after a shower for 15-minutes, up early to jelq and stretch...go to bed, set the alarm on quiet and get up in the middle of the night, and do your routine. Whatever you want, you will get. It takes a lot of discipline. GS

There are no guarantees, but if you put in a good effort atleast 5 (6 or 7 is better) times per week, you will likely see gains. I had a 1/2" gain in a little over a month from doing just this.
 
well ive been doing it everyday since tuesday(12/20) faitfully, did it 30 minutes of manual stretching, and 30 minutes of jelqing. im goign to take tommorow off, and then go for another 4 or 5 days wihtout a break, hopefully i will see gains. im gonna start using this as a log. inspire me people! im also looking to make myself some kind of hanger, cause i cant afford a bib at the moment, which ones are good, please give me a link

German Stallion is right....I used to do it half ass...like 2-3 times a week and not much. I saw zero results. Now I do it daily and its paying off. You have to work it almost every day, trust me.
 
Listen up to these guys, E.W. Every day and building up slowly to INTENSE is what worked for me and gave me my above average gains. I rarely missed and to this day, after two years, rarely miss a day--only if I'm sick.
 
thanks for the support, i took saturday off, but today im gonna do liek 30 minuts of streches, jelqs, horse 440s, and supra slammer, although i am not exactly sure on how to do those, i got an explanation but i am not sure if i got the concept right, im gonna search it up, but someones explanation is also welcome

That is basically my routine right there. It works great. I do the jelqs mainly for erection quality and also it helps girth of course. I combine the horse squeezes at the end of my supra slammers...and of course I stretch everyday.

Btw, is a regular horse squeeze the same as a horse 440?
 
i wouldnt know, youre better off asking someone else, becuase im still a noob at Penis Enlargement, i saw your pics, you got a nice member, i woudl be more than happy to have soemthign like that, but i want somethign ilke 7.5-8" no bone press, with a girth of 5.5-6". i got a long way to go, but imwilling to sacrafice lots of time, cause after all ive got alot to gain and nothign to lose.

i read somewhere that when you come after doing supra slammers you might not get as much of a gain, i hope its not true, i deid an awsome routine toady, maybe it was the streches i did, but i got major gorging, and i made my own way up for supra slammers, or maybe this is the way its supposed to be done, i do a uli, the ni jelq wiht the other hand, than i go up and down on my penis as though it was a guitar neck, great routine today, looknig forward to tommorow.

I never cum withint 5 hours of any pe exercises except stretching..I really think it affects girth gains.
 
damn, i didnt want to come, but i had gone too far, and like, i couldnt stop myself, i guess i have to exhibit more self control, tommorow i cannot fail.
 
When I did the first phase I did it 6 days a week for the first 3-4 weeks then every day for the last 2 or 3 weeks. I took the days off only because I felt like I had worked it hard and I was sore and I figured I needed a rest. Its really something you have to be committed to and set that hour aside everyday.
 
nah, im not measuring until january 23rd, im hoping to see gains, and also, how important are warm ups and warm downs, no ones answered this for me yet...
