I was pretty drunk last night and sorta managed to pass out before I got round to the stretches.

So far this month I have missed: 4 sets of stretches, 3 sets of jelqs.
 
I did some light stretching already.

I'm making a slight alteration to my routine aswell. I'm going to blitz my length for at least this month. I need to hit 7.5".

I will still do 2 routines a day.

My first routine is either in the morning or if I dont have enough time, in the evening and is like this:

1000 1-2 second stroke wet jelqs. I'm trying quick strokes for length.
5 30-second erect bends (downwards, against my stupid upward curve)



My second routine will consist of stretching and will in bed before I turn in for the night.

3 sets of all and held for 30 seconds.
up
straight out
left
right
footlong(downward)
A-stretch
rotary (5 turns each direction)
 
Just did 1200 fast wet jelqs in about 30-45 minutes. I took a sneaky measurement before my workout and I think I may well be updating my stats again at the end of the month :D
 
I try and work out 7 days a week, although I do occasionally miss a jelq session or a stretching session due to pain or sheer laziness/lack of motivation. Just had a nice comfy 600 jelqs. Jelqing is pissing me off, I have dropped to 500 a day.

I have decided to do little and often. 500 jelqs and 3 sets of stretches EVERY DAY, with only the odd expection when I come home too trashed to move.
 
I feel motivated after another 2 days off.

Penis Enlargement this month has pretty much been abysmal. Hope I have still made some gains. A rest always leads me to bust it out afterwards however.

I'm measuring my dick and to my surprise, my gaining pattern has changed a lot. I am measuring today because I may not have enough time to do it tomorrow.

Stats (31/7/2005): 7.6" x 5.5"
 
Damn man i wish i gained like you wat you gain like .25 in lenght this month, wat you think got you those lenght gains and how hard are you when you jelq for lenght.

It's unusual, I don't normally gain that much, normally only about 0.1" per month. I'm not complaining at all.

I think it was upping my stretching intensity, I pull so much harder than I ever did before, even with my regular stretches, I just pull as hard as I can.

I jelq at between 75 and 100% erection for between 500 and 1000 reps a day, usually 6 or 700.
 
How do you jelq with your thumb and index fingers facing your body or facing your head, i used to have mine facing the head like i was pushing the nut out after cumming but know i turned my hand the opposite way and feel a diffrent sore feeling hope i give me gains cuz the other way didnt. ill probably start a thread with this question taking a poll.

I jelq with my thumb and forefinger facing upward and little finger further down(without pressure, this is purely to explain the way i position my hand)

I sometimes increase my post workout hang with a few 25% erect jelqs with my hands in reverse position though.



The usual today. Next goal for this month is 7.75" BP length and 5.6-5.7 EG.
