I'm seriously pissed off about my flaccid size today even though I normally hang at around 5". Out come the footlongs I guess.

I have planned for today : 2 sets of stretches, 3 sets of footlong stretches, 600 wet jelqs and 100 constricted jelqs.

Instead of the last 100, I have introduced 100 constricted jelqs in to give my girth a bit of a boost. Once I hit 6" girth I'm gonna start stretching for shit.

My ligs won't know what's hit 'em!

Its haviing sex with girlfriend day today. Maybe throw in a few stretches this evening before I retire to bed. No solid jelqing routine today though.
 
I'd imagine they have some erect benefits but they mainly work flaccid length because they hit the lower angle ligs.

Right, here I have a super routine. As many stretches as I can be arsed at frequent points during the day, aswell as 1000 jelqs.

I now add 10 constricted jelqs on the end of every set of 100 jelqs I do instead of doing them in one lump. See how this goes for a while.

Right, I may well be staying out all day and night today, this may be the last time I am tuning in today. Updating: I've been inspired by the breaks from workouts thread and I've decided to have a week off. No Penis Enlargement until next monday! Ill tune back then.
 
Ah, but there's always next month Peter. I'm depressed actually, and my reason for taking a break is because my dick seems to have shrunk back to 7.25". So after this week, I'm gonna start blitzing my penis to shit for the last week of the month. Doubt anything will happen this month, but next month I'll win, just wait......
 
i find that if i can't keep up with my routine, i lose some gains, i don'tknow if it's due to meds or whatever. but i have to make sure to keep a lot of blood flow going on down there. so i would always kegel my ass off and i would be able to keep my gains. or most of it. thenwheni get back into the swing of things it's like nothin changed. so hope that helps. kegel alot and i think you'll be ok.

:) Yeh I'm only taking a week off so I don't lose my gains. I still do plenty of kegels, they help with just about everything.

Might take a break off my break and do some stretching tonight.

Did some stretching the other night, I've discovered that although Penis Enlargement takes dedication, it's so addictive I actually found it really difficult to stop.
 
My routine starts again tomorrow!!!! Looking forward to the following routine:

Stretches (30 seconds) 5 sets
down,forward, right, left and up
5 sets of 30 second footlongs


Jelqing-anything between 500 and 1000 jelqs, depending on time available.(all jelqs are 2 second strokes)


At the end I will add anything I want to to give me a HUGE pump. Such as horses, constricted jelqs, uli's,etc.
 
that's a good solid soundin routine you got there. i used to get the pump affect by gettin to 100% erection after my work out, then stopping. i didn't really know about constrictors and all that stuff. good work :)
 
I always keep at between 80 and 100% erect during my routine anyway, Red said that constrictors were good for girth, and I seem to make good girth gains.

Im back on the scene with a vengeance! Just did a set of stretches and 500 jelqs when erect, followed by 100 jelqs when about 20% erect to increase my post-workout hang (and hopefully flaccid size).

I'm feeling good to be back into this. Such a long week that was.
 
I fucking love seeing guys so determined! such a motivation tool! good for you buddy, keep up the good work, think i fancy getting in a workout myself right now, later rofl
