I was still figuring things out so I wasn't ready to post my routine but now I am. In the first 4weeks all I did were light stretches 100% erect jelqs 100% erect squeezes and 100% erect bends, once a day for about ten minutes. I used my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 2 days on one day off mostly 20 min straight sometimes 2 sets of ten minutes. I would then put a cockring on afterwards. I got all temporary gains that lasted up to 30 mins.
Week 5
This is the week I began including jelqs, squeezes, and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and expressive stretching. I actually abandoned manual stretching when I began the exp stretching.
So I did the super set
5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] while doing exp stretching
5min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]
5 min squeezes
5 min jelq
I did that 4 times for a total amount of 20 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and 20 min manual jelqs a day. I used my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at least 4- 5 times a week.
I also began to incorporate a heating pad in my healing process after a workout I watch adult entertainment to keep an engorgement while I have the heating pad on my dick.
I believe these new additions are how I cemented my flaccid gains by the end of week 6. Also my temporary gains from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] began to last for hours sometimes a full day.
Week 7
My manuals only changed slightly starting off this week I added supra slammers, flaccid jelqs , and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jim[/words] wrap. I also added another set of my girth routine to each day.
Set 1 :I do my super sets with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]
Once I get my eq back and I am ready for another set (sometimes 1 hour sometimes 3 hours in between)
Set 2:
A mixture of Jelq ,Ssj, Supra slammers, Squeezes and bends for 25 mins straight.
I was still new to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ujw[/words] so not consistent with it yet I just used it here and there.
Flaccid jelqs:
10 downward
10 upward
10 left
10 right
10 straight out Until I got to 200
My Flaccid jelqs are fun because they give a nice moderate stretch so I am able to do as many sets in a day as I want, it keeps the blood flowing and leaves me with a nice full hang.
Week 9
This week was good and bad
Bad part I was only able to do my routine 3 out of 7 days because I just did not have any time to pe.
Good part I was able to push my dick to a new limit. I did a straight hour jelq it was pretty intense. That was my last day of pe that week but I was left with a significant change in my girth ever since. I believe that straight hour jelq I think I will call it SHJ lol cemented the temporary girth gains that I have been seeing.
That's the only change I have made and right after saw a change. I think I will try to SHJ at least twice a week if I have time.
