What I think might work against this curve is to take breaks off PE whenever this cord becomes a problem. I believe allowing the penis to rest for up to 6 months can help weaken the cord and allow you gain for some time before the cord starts acting up again.

Another thing I think will work is bundled expressive stretching with the length master attached 0.75 inch away from the base. I believe this is the secret to tricking the cord.to give in.
The chord it's a very elusive issue. It has only happened to me once, and i'm not sure what I did to correct it, but it never happens anymore. Bundled stretches, I think would be the best way to loosen the chord and make it easier to grow.
 
Actually, the septum, or the thick senew fiber layer but not hard like a ligament, is part of the penile reinforced strength from accidental damage. Think of it like a hot air balloon cable that holds things together without letting the balloon from popping, bursting, or warping.

This is why we say to bundled the stretches. When bundling the stretches, what we're stressing is this layer of fibrous senew, or the septum, and the outer layers on both side (technically it's only one thinner layer) called the tunica. But if you do not stress these fibrous materials during your lengthening process, you cannot make your penis longer The tunica restricts you from getting larger. This is why the efforts for lengthening is a hell lot longer for length than girth.
