I don't usually do my kegels in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Xtreme[/words], but today i was very fatigued in it ( after i train then come , and try to get expansion again it feels really sore like really) so i did tons of kegels to make soreness go quicker. Was awesome :)
 
Nice to see you guys chatting and having fun . Ya .. those kegels from the morning were muscle spasms I guess . I had them only in that morning , it was a isolated case .

Hanging with 6 lbs for 1 hour ( 4 sets x 15 minutes with 7 minutes pause ) . 150 jelq , kegels like always and 30 minutes edge . I added rotary stretch in between hanging sets - 25 reps ( left to right / right to left ) - 200 in total .

I'm sorry I didn't posted anything in such a long time but I broke my right hand . It still hurts but atleast I can use it .
