Thanks to a legend named KINGSNAKE , I manage to build my own hanger with only 5$ . And it's working more than I expected . It doesn't slip , no loss of circulation and no cold tip . The stretch is amazing and it's very confortable .

Here is a picture with me waring the hanger last night . Looks like my penis is at the half mark on my leg . I'm 6.1ft . And I still think and see it small -.-

I can hang more but I don't want fast gains anymore . But for 5$ I manage to build a hanger . And this is the second week I use it and I have to admit it , I have no problems whatsoever wearing this .
 
Week 9 / Day 1
For the next 2 months I will focus on hanging and jelq . A lot . So I started hanging for 10 to 15 minutes with only 5 minutes rest and it's a lot better than hanging 20 minutes with 10 rest . I find more tension and stretch on 10-15 minutes sets . So I did 1 hour of hanging ( 3 sets x 10 minutes and 2 sets x 15 minutes 10-15-10-15-10 ) . Warm up 15 minutes with rice sock and 1 set with 2 lbs for stretching . 2 sets with 6 lbs and the last 3 sets I decrease the weight untill I reach 3 lbs . 150 jelq ( I will keep it up for the entire week ) . Kegels all day as Longth recommended me ( I hope God will give you gains as much as you want for this tip ) . Edge 30 minutes ( 3 sets x 10 minutes ) .

About the picture with me hanging . I watch that picture everyday and I tell myself " God , that penis it's long " but hey .. for some reason that picture is motivating me to keep going even though the girl I'm dating can't get it all . And my journey in PE is not only to satisfy a woman . I want to be pleased with my size . I'm not saying it's small but for me it's not enough as it is . I also want to keep my penis healthy and handsome rofl .

Indeed . I am already too big for her , another inch wouldn't make a big difference . The girth on the other hand , will make a big difference if I will gain something .

I could not help myself and I hanged twice today . 2 hours in total ( 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening ) same as yesterday with drop sets . 150 jelq . No kegels today for me , only edge .

Nothing wrong with getting extra work in, I use every opportunity to get more work in if the day allows. Lately PE is taking me 5 hours a day, which is a lot. But an extra set of stretching or hanging will do nothing more than bring better gains.
