It takes a real man to say what you did and I appreciate that. We are all here to be "that guy" the one with the huge schlong that completely surprises the girls we are with. I just hope more people are honest about with themselves and use common sense.
To answer your question, yes I have used the MV2. The idea is good, but I developed a water blister and that was enough for me. Maybe it was my own carelessness in not monitoring it while I stretched. Regardless, that was enough for me. In case you are wondering how to care for blisters, try Bio-oil from the local CVS or so. Those work great in bringing coloration back and color blending.
What I use now is, in my opinion, the best method EVER, yet it is the simpliest! The irony, the irony. It is the swim cap technique. The link that follows breaks it down step by step:

Really, once you get the idea, it works amazing and no poor circulation, no blisters, no fluid buildup, no broken vessels, nothing! You can search for my posts in the Hanging section for some explanations/clarifications. The only thing that sucks a bit is you will get sensitivity on your glans after about 20 minutes, but it goes away seconds after you remove the swim cap and jelq a few times. I comfortably hang 15lbs (tied via shoelace to the end of the double-layered swim cap). You will feel the difference once you get it to work for you.

The swim cap technique is completely underrated! I am finding it to be the best method for hanging or simply stretching underneath the clothes. It's the simplest, cheapest, and most convenient in terms of how you can stretch at any time--no embarrassing tubes, or equipment. Just a swim cap and a rope, for example, to tie to your thigh. Circumcised or uncircumcised it works for both.
I have been doing Penis Enlargement for years and wish I discovered or gave this method more thought earlier.
I am still testing this out before I fully vouch for it, but from the weeks of stretching it is absolutely phenomenal! The only downside to this method is your glans and skin gets very sensitive after about 20 minutes, but it only takes a few minutes for this sensitivity to go away once you remove the swim cap between sessions. No blisters, no broken vessels, no blood spots, no poor circulation, no pulling of excess skin. The pull is felt on the whole shaft and ligaments because the swim cap grips your glans and a bit of surface area beyond it.

As you play around with it, you will find methods that work for you. I use a yellow hi-lighter to roll the swim cap into a condom-like tube then roll it on over my glans (if you are tightly circumcised, there is more area for the latex swim cap to grip). The latex material adheres to the skin very well and the pull is excellent. You can test it out on your thumb first to test it out too. I like to use a little scotch tape to hold the swim cap together so it doesn't unroll itself.
This swim cap may not be ideal for heavy weights but the idea is a consistent stretch (length over time--be patient! Over exerting yourself with heavy weights can be damaging). The way I see it: if tribal women in Thailand can stretch their necks to abnormal length with rings over years then natural penile enlargement shouldn't even be a question.
I doubled up on the swim cap (one over the other) and was able to hang 10lbs easily but not for too long as the grip was not able to sustain the the heavy weight. I'm sure I can figure this out--maybe use a Theraband sports wrap before applying the swim cap.
Again, this is a fantastic method because you can basically stretch anytime, anywhere (a 2 minute trip to the bathroom to remove it, but I don't recommend stretching anywhere outside of the convenience of the home). Again, the glans gets sensitive after a 20-30min session, but this goes away within minutes. You can return to stretching moments later once you feel the sensitivity subsiding. With lots of free time, you can log hours and hours per day.
As with every technique, use common sense and start slow. I find using a simple sneaker shoelace and tying it to my knee (alternating each side to evenly distribute the tension) gives a comfortable and concealed stretch--the bonus here also is you can add more tension by simply stretching your knees (opening your legs to the side to increase the tension) while you sit down doing whatever you like.
You will find that it hurts a bit as you roll the condom-like tube (the smaller the tighter the grip--I use a yellow hi-lighter, for example) over the glans. Once you roll the tube over your glans, however, it will be comfortable. After about 30-60 minutes of stretching, you will feel heightened sensitivity and it will be wise to remove the swim cap. This part will be the real pain because of the heightened sensitivity. The latex material will adhere to the glans and skin so you will have to SLOWLY unwrap the swim cap and even more slowly peel the swim cap off of your glans. This sensitivity only lasts a few minutes--easily cured by massaging the area. The beauty of this technique is you don't have to worry about any blisters (grrrr!), poor circulation, blood spots, or whatever.
If you are uncircumcised, I would recommend using a Theraband sports wrap and do a light wrap where your foreskin is pull back.
As a side note, foreskin is very annoying. I know because I was uncircumcised for 26 years and just recently got circumcised. The sex is much better and cosmetically it is much better looking. I can understand why some may want foreskin restoration, but speaking from someone who knows both sides of the coin--a circumcised penis is much better. I would highly recommend it for those considering it, regardless of age.
It is not recommended to stretch continuously for over an hour per session because you will want to remove the swim cap to massage it and get blood flowing to your glans. You will feel the need to remove it anyway since it'll get very sensitive.
It only takes a few minutes max to put the swim cap on and a few minutes to take it off SLOWLY, and you should massage your penis and the sensitive areas. Your glans won't be as sensitive after a few minutes, say 15 minutes and you're ready to stretch again. It's at your discretion and you will know when you are ready to stretch again. Like I said before you can log in hours and hours each day doing this while sitting down (tied to the knee) and won't need to lock yourself in a room because hanging weights kinda requires a bit of privacy. LoL
