Hey everyone, I needed to talk to someone about this and ask some questions or my mind was going to explode....

My routine:

5 times a week for an 1 hour-1hr/30min each time with using the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]jes-extender[/words], so i guess its a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device?

After each stretch, i do about 300+ jelqs depending on how i feel. and periodically throughout the day i keep stretching it by hand for 10 secs to ensure it heals the tissue after it is stretched with an increase length

I am only doing it for this short of a time throughout the day because i workout and i know that a body needs time to heal. I let my muscles heal for atleast a full day before i go close to hitting the same section again, so i think in reality i shouldn't wear this thing for 5+ hrs a day... seems damaging instead of working it out...

My Progress

I haven't measured in a while, only when i first got the device about two years ago but never really used it. I have only started this routine about 2 months ago and will try and post up some measurements soon. But i do notice a sizeable difference.

When i started i guess i shocked it because i was adding 2 small pieces every week then i can only add one a week, and now ive been on the same [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] for about 2 weeks now. Am i platueaing?

1. I have testosterone enhancer pills. 6-oxo and yohimbine. Do they really help with increasing my size, i have searched but with only mixed reviews.

2. Please tell me that someone has invented a fat pad excersize, it really pisses me off, looks ugly, and it does not go away when you excersize the rest of your body.

3. Since I think I am platueaing and i do not want to stop stretching, is there anything i can use to shock myself again into another routine?

Yesterday I started to notice that i was getting close to the max stretch on that length that i was on and was psyched, after 2+ weeks on the last one annoyed me

So today I added another small piece on each side to my surprise and i could grip it on there. Right now im just trying to relax so i don't slip out of the device as it was on the edge of slipping off, I should have taken a hot shower before hand to loosen myself up but i didn't have much time...

Regardless of no responces I am still going to try and use the testosterone, because this shit still amazes me how much progress i have made in my own eyes...I couldn't imagine being able to see more... and also see if i can either find or make a fat pad excersize

I will still try and get some numbers up, but am moving around too much and hardly have enough time to get good EQ so quick...

and great, i just had to readjust for slippage...

Don't be disheartened at the lack of responses. I know I for one am not really qualified to give advice, I'm a new starter, but I can at least encourage you. It's at this time you should remain 100% committed to the task - and it looks like you are ;).

As for progress, posting those stats for before and after comparison can really help focus your efforts.

It might be an idea to ask your questions again in the specific forums, as I'd imagine most of the best minds to do with those areas might not check every single person's progress here.

YOU REALLY DONT HAVE MUCH OF A ROUTINE FROM WHAT I JUST READ. READ UP ON SOME ROUTINES ETC. OR GO TO THE MEMBERS SITE AND GO THROUGH THE PHASE ROUTINES WHEN YOU BECOME A MEMBER.
 
Ok, so im still making pretty good progress with this, it has been hard to keep it on with the new adjustments, i might actually leave these on for a month and play with the tension on the device to increase it.

Thanks for the reply. I do excersize regularly and lift weights alot so i have no problem there, and will start taking my testosterone enhancers today at lunch time. I am working on a fat pad excersize right now, i will let you know how it goes, but what is behind there nerves? feels very sensitive.

Another thing i wanted to ask, i noticed yesterday that my flacid size was getting close to my erect size. If or when it does exceed my erect size is that when i will start to see more erect gains as well, i already know i am getting bigger, just a theory question...
 
I don't think I'm qualified to answer that fully, but conceptually, I'd say that there should always be a little erection growth. In its relaxed, flaccid state, the spongy tissue *should* be smaller than when blood is filling it. That's my logic anyhow.

whats behing the fat pad? fat ligs everything. if its sensitive it could be stressed ligs of sensitive from excersises. sure it noting serious just watch it close.

ive never heard that but i think tht you are just having a great stretch and your erect hasnt caught up yet. i dont think it will be as big as your erect but that just means your a shower. you flaccid stretch can be longer than erect but thats normal. look at jack napier his erect and falccid is the same basically.

Anyways on the off days, I will be adding the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie routine[/words] to it so i can be somewhat stretching 7 days a week.. I am now wearing the device again because i could only handle 30mins this morning... Guess i just wasn't up to it.. Going for another 1hr now to finish the days routine up...

With the fat pad I was just wondering what was behind there because what some people do is they impact the area where they need muscle/defense built up in fighting. Just wondering if you could do the same to the fat pad and have the same results without damaging something... And no i don't like punching myself in the junk hahaha... Thanks for the replies guys
 
Another Update... The past couple of days I have been doing the DLD routine on the offdays, and today comes around and i can wear the device without it slipping off for the full hour. So, the DLD routine works really well, Thanks DLD.

I have been taking testosterone pills as well hoping they would help with the excersize, but theres no way i can tell, only hope.

Also what i was talking about with the fat pad is kind of gently hitting it with some force just enough to make it feel tender. I have been trying this for the past week and it may just be me going nuts, but it feels as if the area there has tightened up a bit... I will keep this up and report back with more results...
 
i did a cycle of test booster for about 2-3 months, i felt like it made me bigger but i think it was just increased blood flow as well as the increased mood you get with these pills. In order for test boosters to work though you must, eat good and excercise as well. the thing i didnt like about the pills is that they can be addicting as after i stopped taking the pills i felt like i was missing something in my life.
 
yeah, I am basically using the testosterone pills for lifting weights, but i can tell that they are working from the infamous new pimples i have on my forehead... yay i guess.

But I am planning on adding DLD's routine to my weekend routine as well so it will be a total of 4 days [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]/jelq/DLD and 3 days just [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]/jelq. I am increasing in jelqs as well up to 400 to see if it changes anything much differently.

I am adding the DLD routine to those days, because if in two days of DLD it helped me stretch nicely without slipping out of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] like i used to they have to be worth alot IMHO.

Just trying to get the quickest results possible without blowing my cock up ;)
 
all the talk about the boosters made me go out and buy some i hit the gym tomorow and cant wait. lol 155 right now i expect to be atleast 165 by the end of the cycle next month.
 
How tall are you? I'm around 5'10 and pushing around 180-190 most of the time depending if i have a full gullet... but now that winter is here, the usual bike ride around the city is put on hold and good old mr treadmill is there for me...

During the holidays, i was not properly equipped to do any extending, but i tried to get in as much basic stretch time as possible.. so today when i put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on, i felt like i lost alot for some reason... I can keep in on comofortably but it just feels like i lost.

The testosterone has been working as i can tell that I am losing fat in my stomach and my muscles are becoming more apparent... and less man boobs from doing chest excersizes, might just be from suppressing estrogen...

I have set some goals for myself long term assumingly or whenever i get them and have some measurements i just took..

Current 6x6 erect
Goal 7.5x6.5


I'm getting kind of bored with the the jelqing, does anyone have any other girth excersizes they can reccomend for me?

do a search really. another thing is get on to the members section it has video and many excersises. such as horse sqeezes or uli's etc.
 
im 5.11 and 165 now gained about 15 pounds since i started the booster. i dont put it on as fast im the tall skinny kid. but definetly seeing a difference.
 
you have a different body type, im an ectomorph meaning i have a very high metabolism. putting on weight for someone like me is a lot more hard I am also an athlete and have been all my life.
 
Theres a very good article on bodybuilding.com forum that shows how to gain with a fast metabolism, something about low sets but high reps. and the obvious keep track of food intake...

Another thing i was wondering, I increased the DLD stretches to 1 min a piece which is starting to cramp my hand, does anyone know if there is a gain to be had by massaging the ligament while doing the stretch?
 
Combined with progressive stretching after using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and the DLD stretching throughout the day, i was able to add another small bar to the device...

So far it has stayed on comofortably for a while, lets see if it lasts the full hour. After adding that 1 new bar, it felt like so much trouble and had to use two hands together to keep stretched to tie it down. Oh well, atleast i know im still gaining :) Will try and take new measurements at the end of this month. Hopefully receive a shocking New Years measurement....

Will keep updating till my goal is reached or if it decides to come detached from my body @_@
 
Ok, so i haven't updated in a bit, in that time i've added another small bar to the device and i think thats that. I've been stuck like this for a bit. and it doesn't seem like i can get any longer at this time.

Should i keep it up and cement it, or should i take a break... it seems like everytime i stretch it stays like that for a bit and then it goes back to what it was the other day.

This weekend i am going to try and wear it most of the weekend to try and get more results instead of just an hour a day.

I love my gains, but its discouraging to be stuck.
 
Ok everyone well since i took some time off and started hitting it again i added two more small bars, all is great and everything, i just can't see myself keeping this up in private so i had to switch devices in hopes that it will change.

I just bought the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] from the USA site for around $120 shipped with the sale they are having. It looks like a pump with a pressure relief valve and you can use warm water to keep everything nice and loose and undamaged. I think this might be a better method than normal pumping due to the use of water and have heard some good things. So I hope i can get some nice perma gains from this.

I'm assuming i should pump while im hard right?

I tried it today, felt the vacuum on it like crazy, it is very easy to overdo it and get hurt.. I tried to do this while hard, but you go down in the tube after time when you think you're still hard.

I came out of the tube and wasn't going to be like OMG results, no. But they have a measuring ruler on the side that will show you what you are at.

So far i love this thing. I had to do it in 10 min increments because of the pressure as just being a noobie to pumping, but i reached 160mm on the tube which is .25 inches over my EL. Coming out i got erect and felt a tiny gain in EG as well...

but the most noticible thing from pumping with the water is that my dick came out of the thing super smooth, like it was brand new skin, like the pressure with the water hydrated it. Sweet, I am glad i dropped the money on it, i will continue to play with it and will post results here along with a manual excersize as well. they are having a sale now where you save like $30 or something so if you are interested in it i recommend you scoop on up now.

Regarding the marks you are worried about. I did some sneak jelqing and stretching the past few days and I got some bruising.

I think the small marks guys get while doing Penis Enlargement are normal. They do not hurt. Even aches in the ligs are ok. It's when you feel intense pain that you know you did something wrong.
 
Thanks for the reply i was kind of freaking out about it, I don't know if i should try and pump again but from what you said i should be fine.

And they don't hurt at all, but its the first time I have ever experienced it from all of my workouts so I was shocked about it, i guess that means it works...
 
ok another update,

the spotting went away and i used the pump again last night but only for like 12 mins uninterupted.

Going on the 10th minute i got up to 165 from my 160 yesterday as a max, I guess im becoming situated with the pressure and I am doing a manual routine as well.

I won't say I'm getting results like that, but it is hard to stay completely erect in there. I haven't noticed much girth gains

The instructions say to use it when you're flaccid but every pumper says go erect for gains? I dunno, still confused. Going to continue and report back with any breaking news
 
Another update as i keep going.

You can't use this thing dry regardless, it just won't work so i brought a bucket of water upstairs because I couldn't use it in the shower. Works just as well w/e.

This is the 3rd? time using it. NOW I am seeing some after session visual gains. Looked alot more girthy while semi flaccid and in the tube while pumping i hit 170mm so thats 6.7 inches now. Hard I only use to be 6x6. and this is the third time.

I am amazed with the design and progress of this, and i wish i could stay in there longer to get some permanent gains quicker, but i will be using this daily to solidify those gains! Lets see how well this keeps going :)
 
This thing is tricky to work i just found out. it varies how much you can pump if youre 100% erect or flaccid. So far i noticed more flaccid length, slightly more erect length and flacid girth. I'm kinda loving this thing especially the fact that it shows possible solid gains if you keep working at it and you only have to wear it for 20 mins vs the hour + with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words]!

I'm hoping my enthusiasm keeps up, and I can't wait to use this thing on my girlie, mentally i'm more encouraged by seeing what could be.

So about now I think I stand when I am completely erect when measuring correctly not pushing in 6.25 EL rock hard and tad over 6.0 EG....Flacid lengths i couldn't really be bothered much, but I'll check maybe next time.

I'm trying to set some new goals now. Reading everyone elses journals I see my measurements are above average, but I'm going for beastly status like ALD and DLD or atleast going for 8x6.5 or 7 in the long long run...
 
Ok, so heres the update. I've been takin some time off of this figuring where I want to go with all of this. I got everything i pretty much need in the long run for all of this. Not an expensive journey either, but well worth it in the long run. After some time using the hanger I will update with new measurements if there are some to show.

I just purchase a hardcore bib hanger and was playing around with it yesterday. Wrapped up once for 2 sets and it started slipping, so i added more material and it hung nice with 5lbs on it. But you can really feel the fatigue of this thing working for you. There is no doubt in my mind this is one of the best ways for good solid gains.

I heard that I am not suppose to work on girth at the same time as I am hanging, is this true? And can anyone recommend a good girth routine?
