Over the last year I've been doing Penis Enlargement off and on. Mostly off, and I've been trying to find ways to keep me consistently going. I just started doing Penis Enlargement again after a few months off for absolutely no reason other than I lost interest. I started seeing some gains but I wasn't sure how much, because I'd measure and not keep a log. That's why I am starting this thread.

I've been trying to jelq in the mornings when I wake up or during/after the shower and at night before I go to bed. The number varies, but I try to at least do 50 if not 100 each time. I also try and squeeze some in during the day if I got the time and privacy.

I'm not doing Penis Enlargement because I am small, but mainly because I'd like to be thicker and to improve my flaccid size (always been conscious about this). I am doing jelqs only (dry and lubed) with sparse stretching, but any other advice on girth exercises would be great.

Good Size bro! Sitck with jelq & stretches for a sustained period of time before you add in more advanced exercises. Someone like DLD can tell you how long to stick with the basics before doing more intense exercises. You have a window of key gains with the basics that many skip over. I was one to Penis Enlargement off & on for a few years so I know about gaining and losing it, you got to get strict with a routine first before making things confusing.

Been doing good since I started back. I didn't do an evening jelq session on one day to give myself a little break. Starting clamping today. Well, minus the clamp. Using an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] wrapped tightly and it's doing the job perfectly. It felt huge during the clamping and when I measured it gained an easy .25 inches in EG. Pretty stoked. Going to be following the starting out routine in the clamping forums.
 
Still rockin' on at least twice a day. Going to be doing a little modified clamping in my routines now. Either going to be every other day or every three days.
 
Slowed down the last couple of days, but picking up again. I've axed the modified clamping from the routine, so it's back to the jelqs and stretches.
 
It's been a while, but I am still going at it. Was out of town for a week and a half during this last month. During the break I noticed I lost a lot of my gains (or so it seemed). A week ago I started hanging and have gotten some promising results so far. Flaccid is longer and thicker, and at the moment I am happy with my routine. I am sticking with the 100-200 jelqs in the morning (mixture of wet and dry) and hanging for about half an hour (keeping an eye out on discoloration and coldness), and pretty much the same routine before I go to bed.

One thing I am loving about hanging is my foreskin is increasing.

After my workout today I measured my EG and it was very close to 5.75. Going to measure tomorrow before I do my morning routine to double check.

I measured (after my workout tonight) and it was at 5.8-5.85.

I am loving hanging though. My flaccid hang is much better and thicker, and my glans are thicker as well. I am using some half-assed homemade hanger that works pretty well, but I am going to get a bib hanger soon.

Looks like you are up .10 on the girth, steady as she goes.

Was bored last night after working out so I decided to measure.

6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL
7.0 BPenis EnlargementL
and just 1/10 of an inch shy of 6.0 EG

Next official measurement and progress photos will be early September.
 
This is incredible news, I knew you would get there! (well almost:))
 
Mixing up my routine a little bit. It has been morning girth (jelqs) with a little stretching, and evening stretching with a little jelqing.

Today I have done and will do:

Morning: Jelq'd for 30 minutes (about 5-8 was wasted getting hard again), stretched for 40 (manual stretches) and jelq'd for another 20. I've noticed that jelqing before stretching gives me a better grip.

Tonight: Jelq for 25, stretch for 30, jelq for 10, stretch for 20 and then jelq for another 10. Finally, end with about 3 minutes of clamping.

I haven't tried mixing it like this, so it will be a new routine if I like it.
 
Mixing it up can bring gains from unexpected places but keep a strict journal so you can see where they are coming from.
 
keep on the good work man. i re-started my journey in Penis Enlargement 07/03/2010, i stopped what i barely starded because college stuff, but now i'm back on track. Congratz for your gains, i'll keep an eye on this thread ;)
