Hey, gonna do this just to keep track for myself and if others are interested, welcome! I think it's probably better to ask any questions I may have as well just in this one thread as opposed to making a new one for everything.
As I've said on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] introduce yourself thread, over a very short period of time (since August 30, 2011) I've made some very good gains going from 6.8 bpel to what now is a 8.4 bpel! I don't do any fancy stuff tbh, I don't pump, I don't hang, I haven't used anything except my hands. Stretches and jelqs, that's it! Unfortunately, I didn't take any measurements of my girth when I started out but I can safely say that I have also gained on this department. Right now it's like 5.1 midshaft and about 5.5 at the base. I dare say if I didn't make any length gains from this point on and only make girth gains, I wouldn't complain! I can't say what my goal is, I don't have any stats for that, I only have a mental picture of it and I'll know it when I get there!
I am a thin (but not skinny) 5'7" 20 yo musician and making these gains have given me an incredible boost in confidence! And with it, I have noticed many many many more girls flirting with me. From average looking ones to some oh lala mamasitas! I've even caught a few of them looking at my bulge when I wear jeans and I'm sitting down! I admit I lack game right now, however, that doesn't worry me one bit. With the confidence I've gained, as well as other aspects of my life that are endlessly improving, girls are the least of my problems!
In case anyone is curious, a normal workout for me would be something like: stretches to all angles for about ten minutes (used to do more of these), a stretches and some Mandingo stretches (just recently incorporated) for another ten minutes. Wet jelqs for 20+ minutes, 5-10 minutes of each of the following: modified c-jelqs, tunica jelqs, dld bends; iso comp squeezes to finish it off and testicle massage and stretches afterwards. That's basically what I do. Any suggestions of exercises I should also do?
Also, I have always had a slight bend to the left on my dick, would making the c-jelqs increase this bend? I don't want that! I also don't know if this is also a peyronie's problem since I have always had the bend, is it? When I do the c-jelqs I stop when I do the bend and then kegel blood, then I release and start again to the other side. I think it helps with girth but perhaps it's just nonsense. Any wisdom here?
And just before I let you go, I have read through some techniques like clamping and, 'course, I find it very interesting. But I am such a baby! When reading stuff like "yes, some of us have broken blood vessels" or stuff like that, my body naturally reacts by backing away. I don't know if I'm ready for that pain! Perhaps I'll give it a shot.. Also, by reading some of Supra's threads I'd now love to get a RoP! Specially if it's gonna give me some bull's balls! Dld said he'll help me with that
