Hey, gonna do this just to keep track for myself and if others are interested, welcome! I think it's probably better to ask any questions I may have as well just in this one thread as opposed to making a new one for everything.

As I've said on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] introduce yourself thread, over a very short period of time (since August 30, 2011) I've made some very good gains going from 6.8 bpel to what now is a 8.4 bpel! I don't do any fancy stuff tbh, I don't pump, I don't hang, I haven't used anything except my hands. Stretches and jelqs, that's it! Unfortunately, I didn't take any measurements of my girth when I started out but I can safely say that I have also gained on this department. Right now it's like 5.1 midshaft and about 5.5 at the base. I dare say if I didn't make any length gains from this point on and only make girth gains, I wouldn't complain! I can't say what my goal is, I don't have any stats for that, I only have a mental picture of it and I'll know it when I get there!

I am a thin (but not skinny) 5'7" 20 yo musician and making these gains have given me an incredible boost in confidence! And with it, I have noticed many many many more girls flirting with me. From average looking ones to some oh lala mamasitas! I've even caught a few of them looking at my bulge when I wear jeans and I'm sitting down! I admit I lack game right now, however, that doesn't worry me one bit. With the confidence I've gained, as well as other aspects of my life that are endlessly improving, girls are the least of my problems!

In case anyone is curious, a normal workout for me would be something like: stretches to all angles for about ten minutes (used to do more of these), a stretches and some Mandingo stretches (just recently incorporated) for another ten minutes. Wet jelqs for 20+ minutes, 5-10 minutes of each of the following: modified c-jelqs, tunica jelqs, dld bends; iso comp squeezes to finish it off and testicle massage and stretches afterwards. That's basically what I do. Any suggestions of exercises I should also do?

Also, I have always had a slight bend to the left on my dick, would making the c-jelqs increase this bend? I don't want that! I also don't know if this is also a peyronie's problem since I have always had the bend, is it? When I do the c-jelqs I stop when I do the bend and then kegel blood, then I release and start again to the other side. I think it helps with girth but perhaps it's just nonsense. Any wisdom here?

And just before I let you go, I have read through some techniques like clamping and, 'course, I find it very interesting. But I am such a baby! When reading stuff like "yes, some of us have broken blood vessels" or stuff like that, my body naturally reacts by backing away. I don't know if I'm ready for that pain! Perhaps I'll give it a shot.. Also, by reading some of Supra's threads I'd now love to get a RoP! Specially if it's gonna give me some bull's balls! Dld said he'll help me with that :)

That is a very impressive gain.

I wish you the best of luck but the suggestions i would give are clamped horse squeezes, DLD Blasters and Slow Squash Jelqs.

Yesterday was a great, great session. While stretching not only did I tried out the blasters as suggested by rakas but also the rotary blasters and Red's tug of war, along with the mandingo stretch that has quickly become one of my favorties. I liked all of the stretches and I'll definitely incorporate them to my stretch routine. The ToW was intense, man!

After stretching I did jelqing for 20 minutes and then I did a 20+ min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] session and it felt amazing, uh boy, my penis felt sore for a good 5 hours after the workout and even now, more than 24 hrs after the session, I think my flaccid looks thicker and longer!

Tomorrow I will try out the Supra Slammers, can't wait!
 
They hella make a difference for girth, rakas. Thanks for telling me about them! I have not measured the girth the ssjs have given me but I can just feel its gotten thicker. I can't wait to see how thick I can get in a month of doing these! I still want to keep trying out the various other exercises out there, though. I think it'll be beneficial to do this and see what works best for me. These ones I will definitely keep!
 
I think the key part of the SSJs is the sexual mojo you have to have while making them. I don't think they'd be as effective without the whole breathing and all that shit - it has to be intense!

Think about 3 month trials vs 1 month when picking up a new exercise. It will likely lead to frustration and changing up your routine even more. Then when you are growing, that new measurement is a bigger success.
 
Oh, if an exercise is doing wonders man I'm not planning to just stop doing it, if that's what you mean. I am just excited to see how thick these will get me in two weeks from now, a month, two months and so on! Girth is what I currently most desire. That and massive bull balls. THydromax and Ball Jelqing have given me a lower hang but I'm not sure if they've grown. Obviously a slower growing process.. for me anyway.

Is it possible to grow bigger balls, though? As I say, my sack hangs way lower now than before on a good warm day but I'm not sure the balls itself are getting bigger.. perhaps they are but it not very noticeable yet. What do you think?
 
Today I tried the Supra Slammers. I had read the original thread by Supra explaining the exercise but I hadn't really got it with all the terms and whatnot so I did them based on Superdick's video. I can't say I really liked them that much, I definitely need to improve form but still, they don't seem nearly as powerful as the SSJs for girth methinks. Perhaps it's just that I need to get better at them but.. dunno, not quite convinced.

Two things that I know help with increasing testicle size is pumping the scrotum in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and doing DLD Testicle Health, massage and stretch. Both of these exercises have brought gains for men looking for larger balls.
 
Just finished an early morning girth session that lasted an hour and a half. Did only SSJs and then combined them with Supra Slammers. I think I got the hang of the Slammers now and I think it was a very good session! Both exercises complement each other. Afterwards did my usual BE routine in my quest for a huge nutsack ;)
 
OK so this past week has been a little too crazy. Lots of parties to go and play and they have completely messed up my schedule. But anyway, I haven't been able to do the routine I had been doing so far so I mainly did SSJs and Supra Slammers and only on some days was I able to do stretches. I'm going to get back into it this week though and emphasize more on stretches to get more length gains now, I can worry about girth later. Too bad girth is tons more fun to do than stretches! :)

Still, I think growth continues, my flaccid is now almost always hanging low with my balls. THydromax and Ball Jelqing are the one thing I've kept doing daily and it's definitely working. I wanna buy one of those ball stretchers but I ain't got any money lol

Can't decide, I was thinking of measuring on my birthday, January 8. But then again, I might do it on Dec 15.
 
I've been such a slaker these past two weeks for the most part that I want to punch myself. But then today I was going to do the stretching routine I had been doing with the blasters, mandingo stretches and all that and I found it really weird! I couldn't stretch the way I used to! My penis feels way different now that I've done the ssjs and slammers for a little while. It just doesn't have that elasticity that it used to. I know I've gained girth but c'mon it hasn't been THAT much. I can't even imagine how thicker guys like Red or hell DLD stretch manually. Didn't even finished the routine.. Anyway, I'm gonna sleep it off and hope tomorrow will be a different story.
 
Sooo.. Happy New Year everyone! Haven't been around for a while but like I said, I did measure yesterday and to be honest I thought I was in for the worse since I haven't really been very dedicated these past weeks but as it turns out I only lost 3/8 of an inch length wise so it's now 8.1 bpel (7.4 nbpel) and my girth is still at 5.5 at base and 5.2 midshaft. During this past few weeks I only occasionally did ssjs and some stretching here and there. I have a job now so now I have much less time to do my hobbies since I also have to study quite a lot. But tomorrow family goes back to work and I can restart my Penis Enlargement. Wish I could buy a fucking [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I really want some girth and the SSJs and Slammers haven't been as effective lately.

So today I was doing my stretches and I am a bit concerned to be honest because I can't feel the pulls as good as I did before, even though I try pulling hard. I must say that except for the Mandingo stretch all other stretches feel much less impressive. Is this because of the SSJs? Have I lost elasticity somehow?
