Hey guys I need to start a log. Penis Enlargement is great and I just have a tough time doing consistently so here it is. Iam currently around 6"1/4 and 6.5 in length depends on erection. Girth is around 4.75. So the main focus will be girth. Goals of course is 8x6. My troubles are consistently doing the Penis Enlargement work and ejaculating during girth work. My routine is as follows. I try and do 500 jelqs a day in the shower. And then my girth is 10-15 mins of clamping, 50 Ulis and 5-7 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. My length routine 50 dld blasters and hang for 20-40 mins. and after that I pump. I try and jelq everyday and then try and do the other workouts at least 4 times a week.. feedback is welcomed..

Today did my 500 jelqs and then clamped and then did 50 ulis and 3SSJ before i got alittle carried away with the adult entertainment AHHH.. It is so frustrating when that happens.. I will do the length part later tongiht..

I will try and post my feedback after every routine.. and take pictures after every month..
 
Went out last night got drunk.. so i didnt do my length.. and im going out tonight and wont do it again cuz sore ligs and some booze doesnt equal a strong boner.

Worked out today mid afternoon.. I am going to say a little bit about myself.. im 22.. i just graduated from college..ive known about pe since my senior year of high school gained a little bit didnt really measure but notice i was bigger.. it was difficult to do it college with the roomates and whatnot but nows the time i figure by 24 ill have a nice monster so we shall see.. i think the log is my best to keep it up..

I was staying with a girl last night wondering how I could get some Penis Enlargement in.. I did about 200 jelqs in the shower to kickstart the day.. Alright didnt really do what i set out to last night but oh well life goes on its tough during the summer time and your friends are in town.. anyways been kinda stuggling with the 500 jelqs thats two days in a row i havent done them.. yesterday i did about 250 and today i just did a 100. I have come up with my routine for the next three months... I know i have this backwards but oh well.. This month Iam going to try and workout everyday possible.. Next month I will go into 1 day on 1 day off. The following month I will do 1 day on and 2 days off.. I am looking forward to see what makes me gain the most.. I think the rest will help but we shall see..
Ps... I love how my dick looks when its in the pump i wish it was like that normal ahh i was just thinking about that until next time..

Iam wondering or not if on my Off days in the coming months if I should still Jelq??
 
Well alright yall.. I messed up big time today.. I am heading out of town for the night and I was going to do my Penis Enlargement work.. I did about 45 ulis and on the last set I guess the adult entertainment was too good and blew.. So i then pumped for 30 mins and then after that I did 500 jelqs and after that i did 10 dld blasters and 10 dld reverse.. and then 5 of another thing I like to do but ill be back by 5 tomorrow so I will for sure get a good workout in..

OK took a day off yesterday just pumped and did my 500 jelqs so I guess its not really a day off.. Today I hung for about 20 mins.. then I did about 45 ulis again and then blew my load.. Sucks because I wanted to get a good workout in because i wont be able to saturday.. after i blow my loads i always throw the pump on.. i dont know if it does anything but in my mind it does lol.. so pumped for about 20 mins.. then after that i did 500 jelqs my penis was pretty flaccid so who knows if they helped.. now my blasters and im done.. until next time..

really frustrated by my recent Penis Enlargement work.. was away on the job for two weeks so couldnt do much.. now im going away for another week... this is just pissing me off.. then last night i took something that really wouldnt help your dick get an erection and didnt work out and the same thing happened today its bothering me.. im just really frusrated at myself right now.. i will wait another month beforei measure.. i need some routines in my life..
