Kegels in of themselves strengthen the muscles we use to hold blood in our penis when we have an erection. If the pelvic floor muscle are weak full erection potential may suffer. I also advocate kegels to strengthen the p.c. muscles for future size. As your penis becomes larger the p.c. muscles will need to follow suit in order to maintain good erections and good erection angle. Strong p.c. muscles are also something that will benefit us in the future when our bladder begins to fail with old age a strong p.c. muscle will prevent accidents.
Reverse kegels for some men are the only way for them to make length gains. The PC muscle in many guys acts as a protective buffer between the penis and the ligaments. When we stretch the penis a normal reaction for the p.c. muscle is to flex to protect the penis from injury. When this happens during a stretch the ligs are getting very little of the stretch tension as the p.c. muscles are absorbing and protecting them from injury. Many guys do not even realize this is happening and some go on for months or even years without making length gains. The reverse kegel allows us to totally unflex the p.c. muscle and so that the ligs can absorb most of the stretch hence length gains become possible.
Overworking any muscle group is not good practice, everything does, however, have its place in moderation.

Just how long did you do kegles for anyway? ?Supra said:Kegels suck and I really dont think anyone actually does them and is faithfull, lucky there is the ROP!
Hum... thanks for saying what I said in a differnt way.REDZULU2003 said:All these peeps posting about negative feedback about kegels, I ask one question.
Be HONEST, how many do you do? frequency? intensity? this will be where your going wrong, I myself have done fine with them and also DLD has explained why/how they are so important.
No device can do to the PC muscles, what kegels can ... unless you got one of those electro pads and shoved it in ya ass lol
Are kegels bad, over excess of kegels are bad...just like over excess of anything can be bad...It's just a matter of moderation, same with everything else.. Kegels work for me, I do them in moderation though, not overworking the muscle but giving it just enough to make it stronger and have good effects on my pe quest. So kegels can be bad but if you do them in moderation, no.
I’ve just started to do kegels when I’m driving somewhere or in bed in the morning or eating lunch, and do reverse kegels when I’m doing my stretches.
Just normal kegels hasn’t been a part of my daily routine really, but I seem to keep building my routine. I have had some previous problems with eq but I’m interested to see what difference this will make in a few weeks or months
Try to follow the baseline kegel first. Anywhere between 100 to 200 kegel-reverse kegels of 1 second hold, and around 50 to 75 sets for the 5 seconds hold. Don't go more than that. You are attempting to fix an EQ issue, not pelvic floor lockup for a healthy man.
Do you have a link? Thanks for the advice Oldandlively! I will try that!
Thought I’d share a thread from here I found while doing some searching it’s named:
Kegels, Reverse Kegels, pelvic floor, anatomy of the penis muscles and some clarification
