You guys coming down so hard on lig surgery should learn more about it. It's actually a very simple procedure. Rather than regurgitate nonsense or half facts. Girth surgery is still very risky, but lig surgery has very little risk. Women getting breast augmentation surgery are at higher risk for complications. I am not saying I'm advocating lig surgery, but at the same time if a guy is interested in it let's be a more supportive community like we are supposed to be. Rather than criticizing , and yelling "fire bad!" Like a bunch of ignorant, knuckle dragging neanderthals.
If a guy wants to go this route, more power to him it's his money and body. We are all about PE and progress in this science, right?
A great resource for a guy wanting to learn more about the ups and downs of PE surgery, risks, costs, good doctors, bad doctors, all from first hand experiences of men investigating the subject and from men who have had various procedures done is phalloboards. Google em.

The main thing is that these doctors post 20-30 years of doing these lig cut surgeries. But the before and after pics still shows that they nor the penises they have worked on has not advanced in the last 20-30 years such as breast augmentation. Also a breast is just there and does not function like a penis has to. So it is definitely more cosmetically doable. But to tell you the truth; These lig cut doctors nor their patients before and after pics have improved in their 20-30 years in practice. This is why we try to deter people from this idea. We are not hating. Trust me.

The before/after pics I've seen show before/after surgery. Of course, simply severing the suspensory ligaments does not provide instant, noticeable size change. This is because the penis still has to be stretched. The patient still has to follow a prescribed, post operatory protocol which usually, ironically involves some over priced hanging system. I did exchange emails several years ago with a guy who claimed a 4 inch length gain in a years time after length surgery and hanging weights in a style that mimics "hardcore hanging" and my own progressive hanging.

With DLD blasters there really is no reason to have the ligament cut as the exercise mimics this procedure. And the irony you speak of is very true. So why are these doctors not getting pics of these patients 6 months later to prove their theory. A happy patient would send pics with no problem. Plus the doctors should be able to tell dudes beforehand how many hidden inches they have and expect to be showing once the lig is cut. But no. The doctors say it varies from person to person. Now if a doctor showed me via xray that I have 5 inches of hidden cock that will be viewable imediately upon lig cut; Then cool. But the after pics always shows a half inch difference and the doctors never get any follow up pics 6-12 months later. Plus; I have never seen men on discreet pe forums boasting about how much they gained via lig cut. Jmo.

I think for the most part why they don't show before and after pictures is the client's do not do the post op exercises. Without doing the exercises clipping the ligaments is a waste of time.

I guess that's the onion. The doctor charges 5 grand for a 30 minute surgery and then he tells his patients that they still have to do exercises for the next 6 months in order to actually see the gains. I truly feel these lig cut doctors are nothing but scammers. So imo; if the gains are not visible and permanent on day one; Then the surgeon is not getting my money. I'd rather get the best pe equipment here with my money and still have some left over, plus have a good teacher and a bunch of brothers that are willing to help guide each other along the way.

Exactly. Again, I'm not saying a guy should or shouldn't get this procedure done. I do believe though, that there's not enough patient education going on. It's all about making money. The surgeons don't usually seem to care about their patients post op results.
