Loving this! Despite that we might have downfalls, it's an attitude that makes us go forward. Fighting through the barriers and living on!

I also look at 2019 as year of many changes, so far it has started to look like that.

It’s been a tough year but we got through it and things keep getting better. This was a very big challenge and keeping the brotherhood together took a great effort! I can say that I’m very proud of everyone for how much they’ve helped contribute to this family to not only keep us going but growing every single day.

I have...measured the same as before.

If you’ve done a while without seeing gains without seeing gains should definitely change their routine. I’d say anywhere from 60 to 90 days with the plateau it’s definitely time to change. If you want help in writing a new routine just let me know it will be my pleasure.

Based on my current routine what are recommending. Based around my work schedule 4-6hrs of active PE is doable.

You can use RB arm or you can do traditional DLD blasters. The RB version is for people who cannot get into the a-stretch. But if you’re able to get into the a-stretch you do not need RBs arm.

Welcome back to the grind my friend. We all need some time away every once in a while just to get our self centered again. Sometimes a bit of time away from the forum can help us gain a better perspective on our desires and how we want to get there. So I’m glad that you have come back and our training again and I hope you feel refreshed.
 
Quick update...currently on a break. Decon-Break from PE at the moment, looking to give vac-hanging a try. Possibly combined with clamping.

Keep your mind on PE as you take this break, stay involved with the forum, do anything you can do to keep your mind in that PE place.
