If you do clamping, watch your PIs...if they are positive, continue...if they are negative...pull back or do every other day.

Ok NS92 is back in the race.

Current routine layout
LM stretches for 30s-12pulls
Vachanging with 3lbs (2or3hrs depending on time)
ADS slug 9oz (aiming for atleast 8hrs or more a day)
While asleep wear a silicone sleave of mine.

It is length focused and also based around the SRT theory. Since I consider myself a "hard gainer" it feels like a do-able routine. Will increase over the next 90days and see what happens!

Was rereading some beginner PE info and realized I haven't been creating micro (i.e solid fatigue) like I was when I first started. That has probably resulted in my cock getting tougher over the years.

So I've decided to start playing with bundled compression hanging with my LM! Saw a video a while of a guy doing it....WITH 25lbs! I thought that was insane but now I wanna aim higher than that!

I'll log how it feels soon.

This IMHO is the biggest obstacle for us all.

Indeed for the metal portion of PE. But it’s an obstacle that many of us have gotten over with success. PE is just as much mind as it is body.
