EQ has been waning (during AM workout) for the last few days, thinking about just doing length work or taking a few days off. Not sure at the moment, will see...

waning as in badly? I think you're fine with EQ unless you need to be up in the AM, try drinking water before bed it usually helps the penis stop from peeing during the night but also give you good EQ

Someone described this well, i forgot who, I want to say Munto. He said you lay in bed and make sure to have underwear on. Put your erect dick right under the stretchy band thats the top of the underwear so your frenulum should touch the inner surface of the stretchy band. Then you kegel pushing the band up into the air. Wala penis bench press

Needs to be everyday as much as you can, at a minimum the Newbie Kegel Routine. A bigger dick that can not hold the blood necessary is going too suffer erection quality.
