I agree with Rocky on the passive and active states of using your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]. If using as a passive or healing device, 30 minutes is fine but if you are looking for active gains I would use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] at any time you can, the more hours logged the more growth that happens. Also are you including Expressive and Erect Stretches into your routine?

I plan to really increase the time in the next week or so. It feels really comfortable enough to wear a long time during day.

I would say wear for a half-hour at a time to make sure everything looks good. If things look OK shoot for an hour. Also, remember, the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] will make the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] so much faster and easy to use. The idea would be to get about 4 hours of active [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] word and maybe 90 minutes in a passive sense.

Gotcha...I'd say so far that the slide in strap that came with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is pretty comfortable. May consider the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] add-on in the future though!

The velcro strap? That is the best they have in the kit.

No not quite that passive. I usually take needed breaks because I have to piss really bad but I'll putting my set duration's on my log.
